The Guesthouse at Osprey Estate is ready and waiting. Possibly the most inviting property available on the Gulf Coast. The Guesthouse is located within the spectacular 10 acre Osprey Estate, on the north side of Wolf Bay. Its a quiet place, away from the tourists, the noise, and the traffic.
The water is great for swimming and fishing. Its relatively shallow, never has big waves, and never has an undertow.
If you like to fish, you can do that here. Not only do we offer some of the best inshore saltwater fishing in the United States, we also have a great little bream pond!
And yes, the big ole Osprey Yacht is available for your pleasure and enjoyment! (its a pontoon boat actually, but a big one) A deposit is required to use the boat, and it is free :-) We also have kayaks and a canoe. They're a blast, and we all need the exercise. Right?
We have several great spots for your morning coffee! Screened porch, big covered lanai, beautiful stone patios, and some great swings!! And the nightlife.... there's a great stone firepit at the waters edge! There's nothing like roasting hotdogs or marshmallows at night with the fish jumping and moonlight blanketing the water! Osprey is very convenient to civilization, but also remote enough so that you feel like you are truly to yourself.
We have wildlife here too! Deer, osprey hawks, turkey, otters, dolphin, bobcats, and more. We've even seen a manatee once, and recently a Florida Panther! Both of these are highly endangered animals.
If you want to be around other folks, you have plenty of options. The largest outlet mall in the South is located just 15 minutes away (along with every other type of retail or restaurant) in Foley. The Wharf is a short boat ride! So is Pirates Cove, Barber Marina, and LuLu's!

Osprey is a great place for weddings and family reunions!
We can assist with catering, set up, sunset or dolphin cruises (the cruise boat can pick your party up at the Osprey docks), helicopter tours, live entertainment, groceries, and cooking! Just ask!
