This stunningly decorated and spacious lake house is 3,200 square feet. It is a private waterfront home on the north shores of spectacular Lake Delavan. It is located 10 minutes away from Lake Geneva - "the next lake over".
It has five large bedrooms that include 3 queen beds, 3 full beds, 2 twin beds and a set of twin bunk beds. Three full baths, eat in kitchen, dining room, family room, sun room with sitting area and a dining area, laundry room and mud room. The home has a lovely wrap around deck that overlooks beautiful Lake Delavan. The deck has a gorgeous umbrella table set with six chairs and two lounge chairs.
There is also a lower covered patio area with lounge chairs and an over sized picnic table that would seat 8 easily. Right near the patio area is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. You will have your very own private pier to fish from, swim from or simply pull your boat up to. Includes everything you need: linens, washing machine and dryer, gas grill, full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, hand mixer, dishes, pots and pans, electric frying pan, utensils, can opener, wine opener etc...etc.
This home truly offers every amenity! The landscape includes many, various perennials, ornamental grasses and mature trees. It is lovely to sit on the deck or lower patio having the morning coffee, lunch or dinner while the boats with tubers and water skiers or sail boats are passing by. It's almost as if they are putting on a show just for you!
Another wonderful feature is the walking path along the lake. It is directly in front of the beautiful homes. You can step right onto it from the lake side of the home and go for a walk along the lake.
Also for added convenience there is a Super Wal-Mart and Kohls within a 3 minute drive. There are a couple of other restaurants and pub grub eateries under a 5 minute walk too.

ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS IN LAKE DELAVAN WISCONSIN
Delavan Lake area exhibits exciting water sports such as boating, water skiing, tubing, wave runners and sailing. Boats and wave runners can be rented on the lake. If you get hungry or need gas while out boating there is a gas pump and restaurants on the lake. Casual and fine dining restaurants are easily accessible by boat.
All you have to do is pull your boat up to their pier and park your boat if you so desire. However if you prefer to drive your car they are within minutes of the home. Delavan's 2,000-acre spring-fed lake is one of the finest fishing locations in Wisconsin. The total shoreline stands at 14.2 miles and the lakes maximum depth at 56.7 feet. Other favorites include horseback riding, swimming, golfing, parks and spas.
The lake features a public beach with a park, picnic areas and boat launch. Down Town Delavan is charming with its coble stone streets, many restaurants, unique shops and antique stores. During the cold weather snow mobiling, cross country skiing, ice fishing and ice skating are the flavor. Lake Geneva is only about 10 minutes away.

I rented this house for a family reunion last year and was very happy with it. The house is a great location on a nice stretch of lake delavan. This was our first trip to the area, so we weren't too familiar with it but we picked well. Loved the walking trail going around the lake and how quite the place was. The fire pit and docks were our favorite hangout places, but the inside of the house was nice too. The was plenty of parking too which was nice. The only negative that I can think of was the rental process was a bit more of a pain than previous places I've rented from VBRO with the owner wanting all payments in cashier's check/money order and wanting all the tenants info but it was well worth it in the end because the place was really nice and a great deal so I would gladly go thru that again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
