Desert Falls Country Club is a guard gated community where our rental guests may enjoy the modern clubhouse with bar, grill and formal dining facilities, poolside or villa delivery from the menu, nine perfectly maintained and lighted tennis courts, racquetball, a modern and complete fitness center and 25 pools/spas...all at no additional charge (except for food and drink of course.)
The 7000+ yard links-style par 72 championship golf course is consistently rated in the top ten in the desert and is available to our rental guests on a pay-per-play basis or you may purchase multiple round packages with advance tee times at a discount. If you'd like more golf, we're located within about a mile of three of the finest championship courses in the desert including a Golf Digest top 100 and a PGA tournament course.
Your villa includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, two large closets, TV, and its own spacious and tiled ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds plus a full bathroom just outside the bedroom door.
Your kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked to prepare most any size meal and there is a convenient interior laundry room with washer and dryer. Your villa also has an attached two car garage with automatic opener.
