Set in tropical gardens on one of the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches in Mexico in the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve, Casa de los Pelicanos is the perfect example of space, luxury and privacy. The villa is located 7 km south of Tulum beach. This 3000 square foot beachfront home has a large open plan living and dining area with fabulous ocean views and great outdoor dining or breakfasting areas both to front and back of the property. All of the furniture in the house is hand made by local craftsmen and is extremely high quality. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all of the modern conveniences and includes a purpose built coffee area to get you started for the day, and bar area for making your favorite cocktails. There is even a purpose built games area with a selection of popular board games for you to play.

3 bedrooms feature King sized beds, all 3 have en-suite bathrooms, and have wonderful views over the ocean to the east and the lagoon to the west of the property. Go out onto the huge upstairs terrace for incredible sunrises and sunsets, and for some absolutely pristine stargazing due to the lack of artificial light in the area. Outside there is plenty off street parking and with the nearest neighbors located a mile away you truly will feel that you are away from it all! Don’t worry about being totally isolated though, there are fabulous bars and restaurants on Tulum beach only 7 kms north of Casa de los Pelicanos, and the town of Tulum with all of its amenities is located only about 13 kms from the house.

Casa de los Pelicanos is a totally self sufficient ecologically friendly home generating it’s own electricity through wind and solar energy, a wetland sewage systems, and boasting a state of the art water filtration system to provide you with unlimited drinking water. There is both air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet access throughout the house, and live in staff onsite to ensure that you have everything that you need. Casa de los Pelicanos is the ultimate in eco-chic for the modern day environmentally conscious vacationer.
