Thanks for visiting the VRBO website and the link to this fantastic high end rental condo. Our family has been coming to the Caymans for almost 25 years and after traveling extensively around the world and in the Caribbean, we have decided that Grand Cayman is the most beautiful island in the region and 7 Mile Beach is the best location by far.
The Cayman Club is a 24 unit exclusive high end condominium complex right in the center of 7 Mile Beach. With only 22 owners and 2 rentals available to the public, there is a limited opportunity to rent or stay here. This unit is the only 4 bedroom unit available in Grand Cayman on this website and may be the nicest on the island. It was completely remodeled down to the studs after Hurricane Ivan and has only been used by the family since 2007.
With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this top floor/end unit condo has over 3600sf and a 400sf patio/balcony with views of the white sandy beach and the spectacular Caribbean sea 50 feet from the edge of the balcony. There is a giant chefs kitchen with cherry wood cabinets, black granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances and all the amenities needed to entertain guests or cook for a large family. Our family of 12 eats around the dining room table all the time. 3 of the bedrooms have a king bed and their own bathrooms with the 4th bedroom having 2 twin beds. There is a giant great room/living room/dining room with custom furniture, a 60 inch flat screen television and a DVD player. There is also a giant laundry room with new washer and dryer and enough beach towels for any amount of people staying here.
And if the unit isn't enough to entice you on its own, step outside to miles of white sandy beach and warm blue ocean. It's practically flat water that you can float on your raft for hours everyday. The water temperature can get up to 85 degrees in the summer. You can swim out only 50 feet from the shore to small reefs and wonderful snorkeling. There is also a buoy to tie up jet skis, small boats or a raft. There are plenty of beach chairs and tables to lounge on as you soak up the sun on the Cayman Clubs private beach.
The complex has an elevator, gym and entertainment room, pool and hot tub, and a few acres of landscaped grounds. There is also an onsite manager if there are ever any questions and daily maid service is included.
The complex is only 12 minutes from the airport and right on West Bay Road with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. Anything you need is close by with all the amenities of home at your fingertips. There is so much more to see and do here that won't fit in this space.
You will not be disappointed with your stay here at the Cayman Club or in the Grand Caymans. It's a wonderful place to visit!

- Professionally decorated interior with Caribbean colors and feel, fabulous artwork, wood ceilings and so much more. The views from this third floor/top floor end unit allows for privacy no one above you yet convenient access to the most spectacular white sand beach in the Caribbean. 3 Bedroom suites, giant great room and separate dining area with 400sf patio with seating for 10 or more. Chefs kitchen with cherry wood cabinets and black granite countertops with everything a family or large group could need to prepare any type of meal. This unit has been rented by celebrities and foreign dignitaries as a fantastic alternative to the high end hotels on the island. It's also great for large families as the owners have 3 grown children with 4 grandchildren, and stay here for almost 2 months every year. The complex is across the street from 2 shopping centers with restaurants and dive shops, a ice cream shop, and a cigar shop, and so much more.
