Well maintained property on cul-de-sac, near town freshwater beach, and is a short drive from Nantucket Sound beaches. It's only 1.5 miles from Mid-Cape highway which allows easy access to the entire Cape; home is located midway between the Cape Cod Canal and Provincetown.
The deck affords a bucolic view, with a babbling brook just down the hill into the woods. It's less than a mile to the Cape rail trail for bicycling, and 450' to Hinckley's Pond for canoeing and kayaking. Swimming beach is a short walk right off the rail trail.
Family room with sleep sofa is separate from the main house, which affords privacy for older children or house guests. Master bedroom has ensuite bath, and a king bed.
Other bedrooms have twin beds. Dining table comfortably seats six, and easily accommodates 8 with leaf inserts. Driveway/parking area can accommodate 4 cars.
