The Islander On the Beach went through a multi-million dollar complete renovation on January 2005, and is located on six lush oceanfront acres near the wonderful Coconut Market Place with lots of shopping, eats and entertainment. There is now a new, exciting night club, Trees, with nightly music, great New Orleans food and drink specials, right on the Islander grounds.
This unit features travertine stone floors throughout, granite countertops, mahogany cabinets, air conditioning, wet bar, island-style furnishings, kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, queen size bed, 27-inch flat screen TV with cable, mini stereo system and an electronic safe. Walk onto the private lanai (balcony) to enjoy the spectacular sunrise and sunsets over the ocean.

Take a stroll along the beach or gorgeous oceanside walking path which stretches out for miles in either direction. There are also gas BBQ grills for an Island cookout. The Plantation style lobby and sitting lounge features on site computers, wireless internet access, magazines and newspapers.
Walk next door to the Coconut Marketplace where you can have fun shopping in over 60 specialty shops, restaurant dining, ice creams shops and more. Centrally located in the town of Kapa’a, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shore. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles away where you can boat, hike, or kayak. The Wailua golf course is also just minutes away, as well as the championship courses on the north and south shore.

A Refundable $100 Security Deposit to hold booking is required, balance due at least 30 days prior to arrival. If sending a money order, be sure to send in time to make it arrive by that date, otherwise you may use a credit card over the phone.
The Security Deposit is 100% refundable unless there was extraordinary cleaning or maintenance. A $45 Cancellation Fee will be taken out of the Deposit if this booking is cancelled under a 30 day notice. The rest of the deposit is fully returned.
