This beautifully maintained 2300 square foot executive condo is ideally located on the sixth floor of the highly regarded Emerald Seas Condominium. The Emerald Seas Condo complex is located directly on the water at the beginning of Ocean Beach Boulevard. The complex is gated with a heated pool. Jacuzzi, sauna, exercise room and tennis court.
Emerald Seas is ideally located within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon Surf Shop, as well as several restaurants and shops. Orlando International Airport (MCA) is less than an hour away by car. The Kennedy Space Center and Disney World are also in easy driving distance from the Condo.
This Condo is fully furnished with a modern kitchen (including recently replaced refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), high definition flat screen TV, DVD, Stereo with CD and cassette tape player. The master bath has twin sinks, a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and separate TV. The second and third bedrooms have a double and twin beds respectively. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
All dishes, sheets, and towels are provided. The utility room includes a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron. The unit includes an assigned garage parking space and storage area that includes beach chairs, mats and an umbrella.
The Condo has both a phone and fax line with a fax machine/printer. Cable TV is provided. Wireless internet can be provided for a supplemental charge.
