Welcome to the 'Laguna Beach House', a seaside setting on the quiet west end of beautiful Panama City Beach in quaint Laguna Beach, est. 1936... directly on the warm Gulf of Mexico with magnificent sunsets!
Our Home is one of six on the property. The Home is nearly 2200 square feet of spacious living space. There are 3 floors, of which 2 floors are fully carpeted with bathrooms having tile floors. The first floor has Bamboo wooded floors through out, including the Bedroom, and the bathroom has a ceramic tile floor.
We have 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The 1st floor includes
the Living Room which has a sofa with a Full size sleeper, Dining Room, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Bathroom, and a Bedroom with a Queen size bed.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a ocean view from the deck. Master bath includes a walk-in shower and a garden tub. There are two other bedrooms, with Queen size beds, and a full bathroom.
The 3rd floor is a bonus room with a TV, a Queen size futon, and a East/West view of the Ocean from the deck.
The house is a short drive from the new mall, which was featured on the Travel Channel. Pier Park is an open mall with some of the finest shops and dining in the South. The mall also has a theater with 16 screens and comfortable seating. Wide seats and isles help those of us who need a little extra room. Laguna Beach also has a great donut shop that is a short walk from the house.
Laguna Beach has beautiful, soft, white sand that seems to beckon you to come and stroll down the vacant shore or lay by the restful tide. Which ever one you prefer, the memories of your visit will bring you back time and time again.
If you're looking for a Spur of the Moment or a last minute "Get Away" to the Beach, we can offer you a substantial discount. If you choose to make a reservation within 14 days of your arrival, and the dates are available, we can make your stay a memorable one. All monies and standard deposit must be paid prior to arrival.

Winter 2010.....$1200 week ~December to February~ add $300 for Christmas/ New Year
$500 Reservation and Cleaning Deposit, is refundable upon inspection.
Deposit is due within 14 days of making a Reservation, Cashier Check is Required.
1/2 of Rate is due 30 days prior and remaining 1/2 is due within 14 day of arrival
3 night minimum and last minute rates are available, within 14 days of arrival.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We've been coming to Panama City Beach for several years and have stayed at numerous condo's on Thomas Dr. As we got older, and so did our kids, we found the far west side of the beach was more of our style. We enjoy quiet mornings and evenings, a romantic walk on a clean beach, and very little traffic on Front Beach Rd. We were very blessed in finding this home.
This is a well maintained boardwalk that leads right to the Beach.
Great southern fried sea food. You get a lot of food for a low price. It's a good idea to get there before 6 pm for dinner, or you'll have an hour plus wait for a seat.

Pam, Bob, and Joe are working class folks that put in 40+ hours a week at their jobs. We are employed in the Educational, Aerospace, and Agricultural fields. We know full well what a family, like us, requires for a relaxing no stress vacation. We have the vacation home that not only makes us feel at home, hopefully it will make you feel the same and return for more vacations in our home.
