Welcome to It's Always 5 O'clock on Laguna Beach, a seaside setting on the quiet west end of beautiful Panama City Beach in quaint Laguna Beach, est. 1936... directly on the warm Gulf of Mexico with magnificent sunsets!
Our Home is one of six on the property. The Home is nearly 2200 square feet of spacious living. There are 3 floors, of which 2 are fully carpeted with bathrooms having tile floors. The first floor has Bamboo wooded floors through out, including the Bedroom, and all bathrooms have ceramic tile floor.
We have 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The 1st floor includes
the Living Room which has a sofa with a Full size sleeper, Dining Room, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Bathroom, and a Bedroom with a Queen size bed.
The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. Master bath includes a walk-in shower and a garden tub. There are two other bedrooms, with Queen size beds, and a full bathroom.
The 3rd floor is a bonus room with a TV, queen size sleeper sofa, and a East/West view of the Gulf from the deck.
The house is a short drive from the new mall, which was featured on the Travel Channel. Pier Park is an open mall with some of the finest shops and dining in the South. The mall also has a theater with 16 screens and comfortable seating. Wide seats and isles help those of us who need a little extra room. Laguna Beach also has a great donut shop that is a short walk from the house.
Laguna Beach has beautiful, soft, white sand that seems to beckon you to come and stroll down the vacant shore or lay by the restful tide. Which ever one you prefer, the memories of your visit will bring you back time and time again.
If you're looking for a Spur of the Moment or a last minute "Get Away" to the Beach, we can offer you a substantial discount. If you choose to make a reservation within 30 days of your arrival, and the dates are available, we can make your stay a memorable one. All money and standard deposit must be paid prior to arrival.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We started coming to Panama City Beach several years ago and have stayed at numerous condo's on Thomas Dr. As we got older, and so did our kids, we found the far west side of the beach was more of our style. We enjoy quiet mornings and evenings, a romantic walk on a clean beach, and very little traffic on Front Beach Rd. We were very blessed in finding this home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
You have designated parking, no waiting for an Elevator, no stairs to climb to your front door, and not a single person upset about being on vacation in Laguna Beach.
This is a well maintained boardwalk that leads right to the Beach.
Great southern fried sea food. You get a lot of food for a low price. It's a good idea to get there before 6 pm for dinner, or you'll have an hour plus wait for a seat.
Great Breakfast and Lunches. The prices are a little high, but the food is worth the price.
Outstanding Breakfast!!! It can be a little busy on the weekends and you may have to wait. They also have a bakery that is worth putting a few pounds on.

We know full well what a family, like us, requires for a relaxing no stress vacation. My family and I were very please with the location and home itself. Bob was eager to ensure our stay in Florida was an enjoyable time. Lovely home with all the "home" fixings. Everything we needed was provided for in the home. Very close to the beach. We had 1- 6 year old, 2 - 4 year olds and a 5 week old and the location of the home was perfect for us. Very quite location which added to the pleasure of sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. We had a total of 11 people (not including the baby) and the home had more than enough room. Beds were comfortable as was the furniture in the living room. I would recommend this home to anyone who enjoys the quite sounds of the beach yet not far from all the action that Panama City has to offer. Definitely plan on visiting again.

10 of us rented this house for a week in June and could not be happier with every detail of our stay. The house is beautiful and Bob is wonderful to work with. The location is absolutely perfect; beach access is close, parking is closer and you have plenty of room to move about in the house. The house is well equipped and the amenities are above anything we expected. We loved staying here and would recommend this house to anyone. I know we will be back sooner rather than later!

We stayed here in late June of 2011. The house is absolutely amazing and beach access is super close!! Its very close to Panama City so no matter what type of entertainment you're looking for (restaurants, childrens activities, shopping, clubs) it's all close to home. Couldn't ask for nicer people to do business with. Bob is great!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. We've already refered this place to family and friends and will most definitely be visiting again in the future!

This was an awesome place to stay, very comfortable and large. Just as you said, it is very close to the beach with easy access. I loved that it was off the beaten path and on the quiet end of the beach. The back road made it easy to get around easily without all the traffic. I would definitely recommend this house for everyone. The house was large. The kitchen was very modern and we cooked many meals there. Everything was just as the pictures show. It was very close to Pier Park and other attractions. We loved St. Andrew's State Park. We rented a pontoon and that was awesome. We saw dolphins while we were out and many fish. Carousel's was a great place to shop. They have everything you want without fighting the Walmart crowds and it is close to the house.

We cannot express how pleased we were with your beautiful beach home! This was our 1st time visiting Florida and it was great! We felt right at home. Because we came for the Little League World Series we had to extend our stay and you were so gracious to allow us to remain here a couple of extra days. Bob is a great person to do business with and this is a great place to stay. Much shorter walk to the beach than being in a high rise condo on the beach. Plus, no waiting to load and unload your car, no waiting for elevators and no having to deal with other guests. House is decorated very nice and the flat panel television is a plus. More than enough room for 8-10. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close to the beach while still paying a very reasonable price.

This was a wonderful place to stay. I loved the decor and the comfort of being like home. Everything was so convenient and close to the beach. Anything you needed, they had there available to use. We loved it all and would like to stay there again!

This vacation home is absolutely beautiful and well-furnished for all your vacation needs. The beach area is more low-key and relaxing than just a few miles up the beach. This property is wonderful. We had 10 people in our group and there was more than enough room for all of us and we didnt feel cramped. Not a far walk from the beach. Thats always a plus. If you are looking for a great place to stay for a reasonable price that wont break your wallet and dont mind being off the beach, then I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be returning to this property. Thanks Bob for making our vacation a memorable one.
