Location: Brian Head, Utah, USA (3 hours North of Las Vegas, Cedar City 30 minutes away)

Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)

Brian Head is a small town in the beautiful Southern Utah Mountains. In winter it offers great dry powder skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, and inner tube parks. There are five triple lifts, one double lift, and two surface tows. There are 50 trails and the Giant Steps ski lift is one and a half miles long. There is also cross country skiing just north five minutes into the Cedar Breaks recreation area.

This Condo is on the second floor and is a corner unit, it has additional windows for more natural light. It has underground parking for guests, which keeps your vehicle out of the weather. There is a woodburning fireplace and split wood ready for a warm cozy fire. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom; two single beds in bedroom #1, and a Queen-size sofabed in the living room. This is a NO SMOKING Unit, and NO PETS please.
