My husband , myself and our Standard Poodle stayed here for 3 weeks in late July and early August. The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We felt so at home. The lovely pool was our survival kit in the desert heat. We entertained family and friends and had everything we needed for poolside dinners and barbecues. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to grocery stores. Great shopping and dining are nearby at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. The owner, Kelley and her assistant, Cathy, are quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Scottsdale.

I've been vacationing in Scottsdale for about 15 years and have stayed in quite a few properties. Although I have rated most of those places as Good or Excellent, I have always continued my search for the "perfect" place. I have never rented the same place twice. That has now changed. Next year I will be renting the Manzanita Enclave again. Everyone has their own definition of "perfect" in a vacation home, but I think most people are looking for a place they don't have to clean when they arrive and this home was spotless. Most people look for a house with large rooms and attractive furniture and this home is both roomy and elegantly furnished. Most people want the linen closet and kitchen shelves stocked with the basics and this home had items we've never been provided before. But best of all, we had Kelley taking care of us. While there we had a dust storm one evening. While we were shopping the next day, Kelley had the windows washed, the pool cleaned, and the patio hosed down. She gave us a gift basket when we arrived. She gave us her cell phone number and made it clear that we could call any time. We had no problems with anything in the house, but it was obvious that if we did, Kelley would get it handled immediately. The pool is wonderful, the patio is so relaxing, and the kitchen is stocked with any equipment I could think of. I fully recommend this home. Kelley, thank you so much. We will be back!

My friends and I were in AZ for the Ironman race and we wanted a place that was both comfortable and convenient to the race site. This house had everything we had hoped for and even more. The landlord, Kelly, went above and beyond, and made us feel right at home. She accommodated our requests to a point where I was embarrassed to ask her for anything else. We got plenty of rest the days before the race and we had a great time hosting a bbq party after the race. I will return again when I'm in the area.

This property was amazing and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who asked! In an age where customer service is often lacking, we found that working with the owner was an extremely positive experience. She was timely in her responses and always followed up with us. We arrived to a spotless environment and absolutely EVERYTHING that we could possibly want was included in the property, from Q-tips and nightlights in the bathrooms, to condiments and plastic bags in the kitchen. The property was in a great location and we were able to enjoy so much that Arizona has to offer during our stay. That included trips to Tucson, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and we returned home relaxed, refreshed and happy.

From the minute we stepped through the gate into the lushly landscaped courtyard of this villa, we felt at home. The owner has thoughtfully included everything imaginable to make guests feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed in this tastefully furnished and decorated home. Bedrooms are spacious and each has access to one of three inviting outdoor living areas. Mountain and lakeside views are just steps away. Located in a fantastic neighborhood, great for walking and bike riding, the home is accessible to restaurants and the best shopping in Scottsdale. We loved every minute of our stay with our family and would recommend this property to anyone looking for an enchanting getaway with all the comforts of home . . .and then some!

Kelly, From the moment we arrived at your rental home we felt as if we were at home. A relocation is rarely flawless and ours was no exception. Thank you for the wonderful, clean, charming accomidations they were exactly what we needed for the 5 weeks that we stayed there. There were so many wonderful amenities and the location was superb! The pool area made us feel continuallly on vacation and we still miss our walks on the golf course that we took every night! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!!!

There were many nice places to choose from on VRBO, however it was "this owners" demeanor and personality that really won us over to choose this home. The pictures don't begin to capture it's true beauty, serenity, excellent location and it's cleanliness. It was our first visit to Phoenix and all things combined this place made the trip. We loved every minute and didn't want it to end.

We loved the home and location. We have stayed a number of times in Scottsdale and it just had everything we look for. The home is very charming, comfortable and clean. Kelly is great to work with and very accomodating. You won't go wrong staying there.

My husband and I and two friends stayed in this lovely home for a week in Feb. 2010. We have stayed in the area many times but found this to be the best home yet! The property was exactly as described and photographed (unlike another property we had stayed in before). The home, garden, and pool area are beautifully maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our flight arrived earlier than the normal check in time and Canada was playing in a very important Olympic hockey game just after we arrived. Kelly very kindly had her clean-up crew come early so that when we arrived at the home it was all clean and ready for us. She had even turned on the TV to the hockey game so that we wouldn't have to waste time looking for the correct station! This home is a short walk from the greenbelt, (2 bikes are also provided),McCormick Ranch golf club, coffee shops, pharmacy, fitness centre. We loved it and will definitely stay again and/or recommend it to friends.

Everything was as described and did justice to the home's online photos. The house was very clean and well stocked with necessary supplies. All appliances worked well. We enjoyed the outdoor areas very much. The location was also well situated to shopping and entertainment outlets. The owners were most accommodating and available if needed.

We lived in Scottsdale for some years so I feel very comfortable recommending this great Villa to EVERYONE .. Every thing was in perfect condition.. The Photo''s actually do not do this property justice.. The female portion ( I only met her ) of the ownership was amazing plus being helpful, in life sometimes you are lucky enough to meet this type of individual and that is what happened to us.. This is a perfect home for entertaining and a wonderful place to stay for any occasion. Our wedding, and the week that led up to it and the days after were made so much more memorable thanks to this amazing home. The pool, the patio dining table and area, the kitchen the master bedroom and ensuite .....all were much more than expected. we are grateful for how easy the owners were to deal with. Will be back for sure

With only 2 weeks notice, my husband & I made a seemless cross country move with our 3mo and 22mo olds and 2 large dogs. We needed a garage and a grassy yard and wanted a private pool. The owners could not have been more friendly, accommodating and delivered on every promise. The home was immaculate, stylish, well stocked and well maintained and located in quite possibly THE best location in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Close to the best shopping, dining, parks, hiking and golf with easy access to freeways. If you have small children, the nearby train park is a must. We stayed for 10 weeks until we found our permanent home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

As soon as you enter the yard through the gate you are in another world, it is so totally private! From my first conversation with Kelly I knew it would be a wonderful experience. She welcomed us and our dog Molly, instantly we all felt at home. We have stayed in Scottsdale many times but this home was best by far. Clean and well appointed as well as Location Location Location! Kelly is so accommodating, organized and thoughtful. During our month we had various family members join us off and on - it is so spacious and well laid out - we thoroughly LIVED every day. The bikes that are provided were especially fun - Busters for lunch and back was a highlight! Kelly and family, this review is late coming but your listings are recommended to everyone we know that is considering a desert vacation!
