Rental unit is 2nd and 3rd floor apartment facing east with views down the garden to the beach and therefore benefits from cooling ocean breezes. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as golf course, charter and hire boats, diving charters and equipment rentals, Tennis courts.
Marathon airport is 5 miles, Miami 110 miles and Key West 50 miles.
