The Master bedroom boasts a corner view entirely of European 6mm glass sliding doors opening up to the terrace where a private infinity dipping pool awaits you. A king size bed with pillow top mattress and luxurious bedding ensures a peaceful sleep. It has a 32” flat screen TV with English speaking satellite. Open-concept bath area with walk-in closet/dressing area, double vessel sinks on marble counters, separate shower with seating and frameless glass door, private toilet area and sunken tub all with top of the line brushed nickel fixtures. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed with pillow top mattress, luxurious linens, adjoining full bath also has vessel sink, separate shower with seating and frameless glass door plus brushed nickel fixtures and an abundance of towels. The "on demand" gas water heating system provides unlimited hot water.
Ceiling fans are located in every room including the terrace plus mini-split air conditioners with remotes in both bedrooms and living area. The open concept living area has 2 leather sofa’s and 32” flat screen TV, both english speaking satellite and wireless internet are available through out the condo. The condo provides a personal washer and dryer. A personal safe for your valuables is included as well as a gas barbecue and wet bar on our terrace for your outdoor cooking.

We are 2 Canadians who hate the snow! We work and play equally hard. We found our piece of paradise after several trips to tons of warm places. We kept coming back to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The look and feel of PV will leave a lasting memory for you. We fell in love and continue to be drawn to this special home away from home. Why the Owner Chose Romantic Zone
We spent 3 years looking at property in PV and decided on this area of town because it has outstanding views of the entire bay. We are situated on the start of a mountain and overlook Old Town Vallarta which is quaint and charming and the best part of all of Vallarta. Amapas is called "the beverly hills" of Puerto Vallarta and we are amongst some truely outstanding properties. All within walking distance to the heart of downtown.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The terraces in this building are huge! We have a private personal dipping pool located on the terrace. It is awesome to be able to dip into the pool to refresh before retiring to bed. Fire works every night come from the Marigalante pirate ship that tours the bay. Set your clock for 9:05pm. Listen to the mariachi bands playing through out the town while you light the candles and enjoy all the sites and sounds. A 20 unit intimate condo tower with only 2 units on each floor. Pick fresh banana's right from the tree in the garden!
