This Brand new 2100 sq. foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner view condo gives you unobstructed panoramic views of the entire bay, Old town Vallarta and the mountain side. From the moment you walk through the entrance you can see as far as Punta De Mita and the town cathedral from the large wrap around terrace. It is breath taking at night and the nightly display of fireworks just adds to the splendor. During the day watch the cruise ships coming to port and the whales and dolphins migrating south. The entire condo is finished top to bottom with the finest modern contemporary furnishing and artwork all situated on marble floors throughout.
The Gourmet kitchen opens up to the terrace and provides state of the art appliances with spacious granite countertops and plenty of cupboards and a pantry. A six burner gas stove with full oven and warming drawer, side by side refrigerator with built-in purified water and ice dispenser, dishwasher (all by Whirlpool), garbage disposal, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender, Stainless steel pots and pans and Corel serving dishes gives you all the modern conveniences of home. Dishes, flatware, glasses and cooking utensils serve’s eight. Enjoy your meal on the Terrace dining table that seats 4+ or in the inside dining room that seats 6. Bar stools surround the granite counters both inside and out for casual dining or socializing.
The Master bedroom boasts a corner view entirely of European 6mm glass sliding doors opening up to the terrace where a private infinity dipping pool awaits you. A king size bed with pillow top mattress and luxurious bedding ensures a peaceful sleep. It has a 32” flat screen TV with English speaking satellite. Open-concept bath area with walk-in closet/dressing area, double vessel sinks on marble counters, separate shower with seating and frameless glass door, private toilet area and sunken tub all with top of the line brushed nickel fixtures. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed with pillow top mattress, luxurious linens,32” flat screen TV with English speaking satellite and adjoining full bath also has vessel sink, separate shower with seating and frameless glass door plus brushed nickel fixtures and an abundance of towels. The "on demand" gas water heating system provides unlimited hot water.
Ceiling fans are located in every room including the terrace plus mini-split air conditioners with remotes in both bedrooms and living area. The open concept living area has 2 leather sofa’s and 32” flat screen TV, both english speaking satellite and wireless internet are available through out the condo with a desk to work from. The condo provides a personal washer and dryer. A personal safe for your valuables is included as well as a built-in gas barbecue and wet bar on the terrace for your outdoor cooking.

Why the Owner Chose Romantic Zone
We spent 4 years looking at property in PV and decided on this area of town because it has outstanding views of the entire bay yet only walking minutes from town. We are situated on the start of a mountain and overlook Old Town Vallarta which is quaint and charming and the best part of all of Vallarta. Amapas is called "the beverly hills" of Puerto Vallarta and we are amongst some truely outstanding properties. All within walking distance to the heart of old downtown.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The terraces in this building are huge! We have a private personal dipping pool located right on the terrace. It is awesome to be able to dip into the pool to refresh before retiring to bed. Fire works every night come from the Marigalante pirate ship that tours the bay. Set your clock for 9:05pm. Listen to the mariachi bands playing through out the town while you light the candles and enjoy all the sites and sounds. A 20 unit intimate condo tower with only 2 units on each floor. Pick fresh banana's right from the tree in the garden!

Just got back from a week in this beautiful condo and didn't want to come home. The condo is first class in every way. The master bedroom is awesome, the balcony is a dream, and the view is incredible. It was also extremely clean. Although its up in the hills, its only a quick 3 or 4 dollar cab ride anywhere in PV. Will definitely come back. A couple downsides: pool is small and doesn't get much sun until later in the day, and if you're older or lazy its kind of a long hike to walk to town. Like I said though, taking a cab is cheap and easy.
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I returned to this wonderful condo for 10 days this year after spending 10 days last year with another couple. This unit and complex are truly spectacular! No detail has been overlooked. From the minute you open the front door, you see the incredible views of the City and the ocean. The beds are extremely comfortable, the applicances and layout superb, and the unit is impeccably maintained. We can't wait to return to Puerto Vallarta and would not consider staying anywhere else. We would highly recommend this unit and the owners, Angela and Jari. They made the entire process painless and are always reachable should a need arise( which hasn't happened). Everything was perfect. The condo is more than comfortable. Location is wonderful - definitely be prepared for a hike if you don't have a car, but it helps to work off all the great food and drinks in PV, so no complaints here. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful, wonderful trip!!

My wife and I, along with another couple, recently returned for a 10 day stay at Angela's and Jari's condo. The pictures simply do not do this place justice! The condo was extremely well furnished with a kitchen that was better equipped than ours at home. The two bedrooms we well laid out for privacy and the beds and bedding were top notch. The condo's proximity to Old Town Vallarta and Los Muertos beach allowed us to feel like we belonged for our entire stay. No detail was left to chance in the check-in documentation that was sent prior to our departure. angela and Jari were available to answer questions and made our stay seamless. We can't wait to return to this beautiful condo and the Old Town area. Please don't hesitate to book with confidence, You will not be disappointed but instead amazed.

Extra Ordinary View. Condo is clean, spacious and new. My daughter loved having the pool on the deck to use first thing in the morning while we had our coffee and didnt have to move a muscle. The best holiday ever! We will pass it on the others...
