This condo has a great location, is comfortable and part of a well-maintained complex. Access to and from the complex as well as in and out of the condo was great -- the condo itself is on the 3rd floor of its building, but because of the layout from the parking lot, there are no stairs, which was a big plus for getting luggage in and out. The photos of the condo and the views from the condo are spot on, and while the beach photos are also realistic, do note that the unit is not right on the beach -- it's either a 30 minute walk (no short cut from the condo), or just a 3-4 minute drive (it's better to drive). It's an excellent beach, great for swimming and sunning. There are no beach amenities provided via the condo, however (no chairs, umbrellas, etc., though there are beach towels). And having a washer/dryer available in the unit was wonderful for maintaining a supply of fresh towels for ourselves. Regarding the unit, the two bedrooms are very comfortable, with a/c units in each room; the two sofa beds mentioned in the description are as one would expect -- not comfortable for adults for sleeping! We used both as beds, but not folding them out -- one person per couch! Also, there is an a/c unit in the 'family room' which has one of the sofa beds, and while the three a/c units keep those three rooms comfortable, they don't really do much for the entire condo. Luckily the weather was not too terribly hot and we weren't spending much time in the condo during the day. There are a couple of ceiling fans which helped. While the unit description lists all kinds of amenity supplies, there were none when we arrived (soaps, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), so we bought our own (grocery store just five minutes up the street), but this will likely be taken care of in the future as we advised the owner of the problem. The kitchen was well supplied, though items like foil and/or plastic wrap, salt and pepper, some plastic wear, would be welcome additions for visitors. Overall this was a lovely condo, suitable to our needs. We would likely stay again should we find ourselves in this particular area again. (Note about driving into the complex -- directions provided are very good, but once you turn off of PR2, make an immediate left and follow that road around and go straight at the basketball court -- this way you can avoid all the speed bumps that tend to scrape the bottom of your car no matter how slowly you go over them!)Did you find this review helpful? The condo was clean, spacious, safe and very quiet. There is no jacuzzi wich was a bummer and to go to the beach it was a 30 min walk. But the beach at night was amazing!Owner response: Thanks for your review, You are right, there is no short cut thru the cliff to the beach, we recommend driving to the main street and down to the beach 3-4 min aprox. For your next vacations we have properties with private jacuzzi across Rincon Beach with similar amazing beach view and we have also Mansion Villa Bonita at Aguadilla with a huge Jacuzzi but at Villa Bonita the beach is not as close as Rincon or Crashboat properties. We had a great time at this property. Clean, comfortable, everything in good condition; the kitchen had all the utensils needed. The views from the balcony were just spectacular and the swimming pool very well taken care of. The Crash Boat beach one of the best in Puerto Rico, great spot for the family. Liz was very helpful and patient, and answered all my questions. Without doubt a place to spend a wonderful vacation while in the island of enchantment. My only recommendation: a TV in the master bedroom and a small bar-b-que for the balcony will make it just perfect. Apart from this everything exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to go back, already booked for summer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I just spend the weekend at Liz apartment in Aguadilla. The pictures on this website, can only tell a bit about the location. The view from the balcony is simply spectacular. You have the best of both worlds, the infinity pool and the beach close by. Place is almost brand new so everything is in great shape. Liz did an awsome job with the reservation and she made sure all of our needs were met. If you want a getaway and the chance to relax view an ocean view and amazing sunsets, I highly recommend this place. Thanks from a happy and well pleased customer. :)Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Puerta Del Mar was a very nice and well maintained complex. This unit is towards the end by the pool and has a good view but just a little obstructed by the hillside just outside the balcony. Pool area and grounds are exceptional with some really comfy day beds available. Parking and entry to this unit was very good with no stairs. Unit was extremely clean. Check in was complicated just a little when the guard was not at his/her post but another resident let us drive in behind them. Plenty of beaches within an easy drive. The 10:00 pm noise curfew was pretty much ignored one night with a very loud party until the early morning hours. I will return to this complex and try to find a penthouse a little farther from the hillside.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The place was better than I expected. Great veiw bueatiful sunset. Queit and relaxing. Everything provided that you need the only thing to buy is your food. I would highly recommend it to a friend.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I stood in this villa a couple of weeks ago and it was just beautiful. We had all of the amenities that you would need it a vacation. The place was spacious and comfortable. I stayed here a few weeks ago with my mom and sister and our kids. It was by far the best place we've every stayed in on the island! I'll start with the area. The neighborhood is a quite one and the condo is very easy to get to. It is no more then 10 minutes from the airport in Aguadilla. (It's a long drive from San Juan so recommend flying in to Aguadilla.) The beach is a 2 minute drive down the following block and it is by far one of the prettiest beaches in PR. There are food trucks at this beach and trees for shade aswell. There is a supermarket, pharmacies, bakeries and even a Big Kmart no more than a 5 minute drive away. We went with our kids so we didn't get a chance to look for any night time activities. The grounds were immaculate. Never saw garbage in the parking lot or the pool. The big pool was always clean. There is a really shallow pool off to the side which is excellent for babies. (My one year old could just walk around in it.) This one was a little harder to keep clean cause it was so close to some trees but it was out of their control. The sitting area by the pool was amazing. It was always clean. There were tables, restrooms and showers. There were big lounge chairs aswell that were great for laying out and just relaxing. It was all perfect. The condo itself was also great. 1st of all the parking spot was directly in front of the walkway that takes you to the front door. It's a perfect location for people with strollers or wheel chairs. You don't have to climb any stairs in this whole place. There is even a ramp to the pool. The decor was simple and extremely inviting. The colors were perfect for the ocean view and not clicheish. There are to bedrooms, one king and one queen and then there are two sofa beds in the living area. One of those sofa beds had a curtain to seperate it from the dining area. The other sofa bed was right next to the dining area. They also provided me with a playpen and high chair for our baby. We had 8 ppl in total and we fit perfectly fine. The couches are nice and the sofa beds are sofa beds. Not totally comfortable but what can you expect from a sofa bed really. The kitchen had everything you might need. There were extra linnens and pillows, bath and beach towells and even beach chairs. The porch is great at night. Buy some citronella candles for the mosquito's and some corona's and you're good to go! This place was great! I will definitely be coming back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I chose this property because is very elegant and neat. You can find this concept in PR at las casitas Conquistador Hotel but paying 10 times more and without a nearby beach. Here you can enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in PR, Crash Boat beach.
