Additionally there is a large backyard with totally amazing self-contained enclosed guest cabana equipped with cable, flat-screen tv, ac, video games, and ping pong table.
This home is totally family friendly, and comes loaded with fishing poles, clam rakes, beach chairs, bikes, beach umbrellas, hammocks, kayaks, windsurfers, a rowboat- the works! Ask about the sailboat, which is also available upon request- no extra charge. Available weekly for all of 2009!
