Quite and family oriented condo located on the South Side of Daytona Beach Shores. The condo building is located directly on the beach with a pool, hot tub and other amenities.
Your rental will include the use of a private underground parking spot, full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes and other items for your convenience. Your rental will also include all linens for your 2 bedroom (Queen Beds) and 2 bathroom stay.
The unit contains a pull out sofa which can accommodate a few extra guest.
The unit is fully equipped for your get away to the World's Most Famous Beach.
The unit is located on the 5th floor and from your private balcony you have a beautiful view of the ocean and the Halifax River as well as a wonderful view of the morning sunrise.

We rented the condo 6/12-6/19/2010. The unit and building was super clean and our specific unit was well equipped in all rooms with everything you need to have a stressfree relaxing vacation......especially loved the laundry amentities! We spent several days on the awesome beach and two days at Kennedy Space Center (1 ticket gets you 2 days). We took our bikes and went on bike rides and walks on the beach and played mini golf one night. There are so many things to do in and around Daytona. However, we wanted to keep the trip somewhat economical, so we did not eat out in the area. Parking is covered and secure and there is a pool, hot tub, picnic area and fitness room on the property. The building and maintenance manager lives on the property and keeps the rules enforced....which keeps the place in top shape. Our boys, 10 and 7, said "This is the best vacation ever!", and they have traveled quite a bit. We look forward to hopefully making this an annual vacation tradition! Thank you sooo much! We had a wonderful vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We bought this condo as a reminder of the family vacation we use to take as kids. Dayton Beach - the World's Most Famous Beach is always full of sun, sandy white beaches with time to relax.
