You, your family, and your friends will thoroughly enjoy your stay at our new home in Bonaire. Designed for open living, the second floor has an open kitchen with a dining and living area that expands to the covered, wrap around deck outside. The sliding louvered doors open up to allow the gentle trade winds to sooth you and your guests while dining or entertaining.
The wrap around deck offers two cozy areas for outside cocktails and dining, prepared on the grill or in the fully equipped kitchen. The kids can watch movies on the 42 inch TV or connect their laptop to the internet while you enjoy a beautiful sunset from the deck. We count the Loras as they fly home to roost each night. Sometimes a trio of donkeys stroll by along the road.
Two of the four bedrooms have queen size beds and walk-in closets for your comfort. They both have full size private baths and doors exit out onto the first floor patio and gardens. The other two bedrooms contain two twin beds each, built in wardrobes, and share a full size bathroom. The larger of these two bedrooms also exits onto the first floor patio.
There are several dive sites within less than 5 minutes from the house. In fact, you can dive from the shared dock in the neighborhood if you are so inclined. The dock makes a beautiful spot for an afternoon of snorkeling and you can also enjoy a very nice sunset there with a cold beer or drink. Be sure to bring some bread to feed the fish.
You will fully enjoy your stay here in your own house in Bonaire. The privacy and secluded setting of the neighborhood will welcome you back from the days adventures of scuba diving and exploring the beautiful island of Bonaire.

- There are many excellent dive operators on the island that offer introductory and advanced dive courses. Inexperienced divers can come to Bonaire and become certified in 3-4 day courses. Advanced certifications and underwater photography classes are also available from reputable establishments.

My brother and I own this house. We purchased the land in 2004 and used an architect and builder from Bonaire to complete the project in the fall of 2008. I have stayed in the home twice myself and I am very pleased with the overall design and construction. The furnishings were both purchased in Bonaire and shipped in new from the US. The atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing as it is off the beaten path in the residential development of Sabadeco. Sabadeco is an exclusive neighborhood with many multi-million dollar homes. The proximity to the ocean and dive sites in Karpata was a key factor in deciding to build here. It is still a very wild and beautiful location on the island.
