  Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had a great time, created lots of memories! The pictures don't do the house justice. Everything we could ever need was available for our use. We are hoping to return again sometime!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  We have rented many houses in various locations and by far this was one of the best equiped houses we have ever rented! The amenties were amazing - beach towels, pool towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tubes/noodles for pool and beach, cooler, games, candles, bicycles, fishing poles - wonderful features; especially if you are flying to a location. The house is very nice, pool is great size (most on the island are much smaller) and there was more than enough room for 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids), beautifully decorated, owner has thought of everything. We have been to AMI before and this location was perfect for us, the quieter section of the island, easy bike ride or walk to the beach for the kids. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed for the 4th of July week and really enjoyed the property. The pool was great. House was nicely decorated and well equipped. We loved that we seemed to be more on the "local" side of the island. Beds could have been more comfortable for us as they were very firm. Overall we loved our stay here!

  We really enjoyed staying in "SunKissed" on AMI. Being Dutch we loved the bikes to cross the island. The kids were very happy with the pool and it's toys and of course with the beach. We also took the opportunity to go to Busch Gardens, the Mote Aquarium, the Ringling Museum and the Kid's Explorer Museum. The perfect holidays! Best regards, Eugene, Caroline, Julius & Olivier

  Thank you for the use of your home. It worked out very well for us. It was beatifully decorated and included everything we needed for a great beach week. Love how you ordered perfect weather, too! We hope to find a home there soon. It is definitely a family favorite.

  We just loved Anna Maria Island and we sure will contact you in the future. The west coast of Florida is not very well known to French Canadians and it will be easy for us to talk to them about you!!! It was a pleasure to make business with you! Thanks again for everything!

  To the owners of this wonderful home, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at SunKissed. We have been coming to Anna Maria for years now with our family and this house was perfect. We had another great vacation! It was a little chilly, but the backyard was the perfect spot to catch some rays as it blocked the cold wind. Thanks again for the use of your beautiful home!   Dear SunKissed Owners, We are a family of six with children of ages 5, 8, 11 & 13. We've had the good fortune of many great vacations in many great locations. SunKissed was a wonderful home-away from home for us, and one of our best experiences to date. Tasteful decor, immaculate remodel, excellent ameneties. We had a marvelous week. Adventures on the beach, biking through the neighborhood, swimming in the beautiful pool and good times visiting with our family in the area. We'd love to come back! Thank you!

  July 9-18, 2009 We have a physically and mentally handicapped 33 year old son who has been slowly recovering from a 7 week hospital stay last summer. He sleeps from 16-18 hours out of 24. Your house was perfect for us. We put him in the queen bedroom on the back of the house where it was darkest. We could take the baby monitor with us outside so we could enjoy the pool. It gave us a wonderful vacation that we couldn't have had any other way! Our grandchildren were able to come stay with us for 3 days so the bunk room met the need. We love what you have done to the house to make it so comfortable. The chairs and table on the patio made it easy to eat outside too. Lord willing we will be your regular guests.

  We had a wonderful vacation here at SunKissed!! The house & pool were great!! Thanks for all of your accomodations. It was a wonderful meeting place for us - some from Colorado and the rest of us from Connecticut. Kids enjoyed the pool, beach and the space to run around.   We had a wonderful time here at AMI. It was very nice. We caught three fish and one shark! The pool is great and we made great use of the grill - cooking Pompano with pineapples and rosemary! Mmm...It's difficult to put into words how fabulous this trip has been! THANK YOU!...and we look forward to coming back very soon!!!

  Thank you for a wonderful time at SunKissed! The island is beautiful, with fun places to shop and the beach is great. I so enjoyed sleeping on the very comfortable bunk bed, and the house decor is lovely. A wonderful vacation with old friends, shopping, walking the beach and the pier. Enjoying the restaurants and quiet meals at home. Talking of fond memories...it's a very pleasant place to be!

  I enjoyed myself so much! I loved Florida and think you have a great, beautiful Beach Home. The pool sure was nice. You have furnished the Beach House so nice it should be in a magazine for sure. Loved all the shopping and all the good food too!

  Dan & Betz drove from Maine without breathing for fear they were heading for a house far worse than the pictures. After unlocking the door of SunKissed, the stress lines evaporated. It turned out to be far BETTER than the pictures. We totally enjoyed the two weeks - beach, bikes, pool, truly loved AMI. The only negative is our kids & grandkids should have been here.......Maybe next time. Thanks for everything, D & B

  You have done a super job making a home atmosphere at Sunkissed that is elegant and very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the fishing trip and I enjoyed checking out some of the shops as usual.

  This was a very special trip for me! The beach tent, lunch at the Sandbar and a wonderful dinner at the Waterfront restaurant was a thing to treasure. Sunkissed cottage provides a perfect place for rest and quiet. The pool is private & refreshing after a time at the beach - sitting beneath the regal palms and laughing with my sisters over past & present times together brought great joy. I'm so glad to have been here and to have shared this time in a place that I will long to come back to again.

  This has been a trip of a lifetime for me. Being in Paradise is a good description of Sunkissed. The beach is magnificent - having my loved ones around me and watching them laugh and have fun - good food and wine - the feeling of being comfortable away from home is very rare. The best time was just relaxing with special people I love in this gorgeous place. Tranquility & Beautiful Places!

  We had such a great time - the island is beautiful and so is the house! We loved the Sandbar and Rod & Reel Pier! The kids fished at the pier with my dad and saw lots of dolphins and a manatee too! Our son learned to ride a bike, our younger daughters loved the pool, the older cousins skimboarded on the beach and all were happy! We definitely will be back!

  We are here with 4 moms & 4 daughters for Mother's Day. We have had such a beautiful time. Park near the beach on 77th street and watch the sunset. Get a smoothie at Jenny & Janie's. The pool is so great! It is wonderful to sit outside in the backyard and just relax. This island is so outstanding to enjoy & explore looking at the beach houses, the canals and all the beautiful flowers & trees. We LOVE SunKissed!

  What a pleasure to be sunkissed at "SunKissed". Anna Maria is the most wonderful place to make memories with loved ones! Be sure to shop at Mister Robert's, Irene's & Anthony's. Hurricane Hank's has fab burgers, and never underestimate the joy of a sunset on the beach! Can't wait to come back!!!
