Why the Owner Chose Pompano Beach
We especially like Pompano Beach as we feel safe there. Feel like going for a walk at 1o at night no problem. And that's a nice feeling.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love being next to the beach, and especially we enjoy our view of the intercoastal waterway.
The area is just nice.
Want to go out for dinner at night, there are so many nice restaurants within walkig distance.
Or just feel like pizza, ice cream, or pub food it is all right there. Just go down the elevator and cross the street.

Gerry and Diana Lekkerkerker purchased this condo in December 2008 with the idea of spending our wintwers here in Pompano Beach. 30 years ago we came for the first time to Pompano Beach. It has always remained our favoured place in Florida. Nice Beach, close to several airports, close to Las Olas blvd in Fort Lauderdale. However we are not retired yet, so meanwhile we rent it out.

Gerry and Diana, Thank you for a wonderful stay in your condo. The Condo is absolutely wonderful with nice modern furnishings as shown in the web pictures. Great views of the intracoastal waterway and the skyline views at night were stunning. Great area and building as we felt very secure during our stay. Gerry and Diana were sincere and delightful to rent from. Their professionalism is only outdone by their friendliness and sincere desire to have their guests have a good time.
