Marvelous 3 bedroom 2 bath home with heated Pool and private boat dock and hot tub is located in a quiet upper class residential neighborhood. It is not in the tourist area commonly associated with crowds.
Use our boat or bring your own!
We have Aluminum fishing boats with 15hp motors that are available for your use. They are perfect for fishing the grass flats in the area and for going out to the beautiful islands that are about 4 miles from shore. During the week these tropical islands are truly paradise and they are virtually 'deserted ' because the only way to get to the island is by boat. The Beach is excellent and shelling is great !

This is an excellent house to rent for a trip to Florida. I have always stayed in hotels. Never again ---this is the way to go. This year I had my family from Illinoise come down. My brother-in-law loved using the boat. The house is great--my sister keep sending pictures back to her friends telling them that this was now going to be her annual vacation spot. The kids loved the private pool and catching fish from the dock. Never again will I stay in a hotel. The process of renting was easier than renting a hotel room. We had a wonderful week. We saw manatee, dolphin, stingray, and caught 6 different kinds of fish. My daughter and her friend had a blast catching fish from the floating dock. The Jon boat was an added plus –we were impressed that Dan hired a fishing guide to show us the boat and discuss the techniques he uses for fishing.
