The hardest job you'll have during your Chatham Park vacation is getting the children out of the pool! This is a wonderful vacation rental for small to medium sized families. Our three-bedroom/two-bath home is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from Disney World, in Chatham Park -- a community of 300 luxury homes located in Kissimmee. It sleeps up to eight people comfortably, and features many conveniences. Enjoy the privacy of the screened-in, heated swimming pool year-round, while relaxing after a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks, Disney, Universal, SeaWorld or while you enjoy a restful day in the beautiful Kissimmee sunshine. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and table and chairs for four. Also included are all dishes, cooking utensils, linens, towels, and pool towels. For the comfort of all guests, there is no smoking allowed inside our home.
The family room overlooks the swimming pool, and has a sofa, loveseat, 32-inch LCD cable TV, a VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors which open onto the pool deck. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed,25 inch color TV, ceiling fan, sliding glass doors which open onto the pool deck and a master bath with a separate walk-in shower. The other bedrooms have twin beds and share the 2nd bathroom, one of the bedrooms has a 19 inch cable TV. The attached 2.5-car garage has an automatic door opener and a large-capacity washer and dryer. The screened in pool area is comfortable and completely private as it has a privacy fence all around. The cushioned outdoor furniture and lounge chairs complete this relaxing haven.
The Chatham Park community also has a swimming pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, and security. Universal Studios, Sea World, Downtown Disney, water parks, shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, golf courses, and night-time entertainment are all close to our home. There are several wonderful outlet malls close to Chatham Park, including Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall,Orlando Premiere Outlet Mall and Orlando Premium Outlet Mall. Medieval Times and several Wal-Mart stores are within a few miles.
All you Baseball Fans!! Kissimmee is the spring training home to the Houston Astros and Disney's Wide World of Sports hosts the Atlanta Braves. Both stadiums are only minutes away as is the Osceola County Softball complex where many colleges spend their spring training weeks. Lakeland, FL, spring training home to the Detroit Tigers is just a short drive. Many more major league teams and minor leagues (in the summer), are within an hour's drive.

I called the Property Manager I were amazed how quick his response time were I would for you to let him know to keep up the excellent work he does and his attitude is also great. Dear Andy & Anne, We came home last night from our Florida vacation...thank you so much for letting us stay in your house. House is bigger then we expected, nice area and quiet neighborhood. Kids really enjoyed the pool almost every day. Manager responded quickly every time. We rented the home for February and March 2012. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It was a in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors and we felt safe even when walking our dog after dark. It was very convenient to all the parks with many things to do in the area. We would return to the property in the future.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the home after a long tiring drive. The home is tastefully furnished with lots of extras. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with and clean up the mess afterwards. We didn't have to buy coffee, paper towels, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. etc. Lots of pool towels and linens. Plenty of pillows. We brought extra and really didn't need them. After a long hot day at Disney it was great to come home and relax in our own private pool. The two grandchildren, 11 & 20, also had a great time in the pool and using the available internet connection. They played basketball on the nearby court. I have already recommended this home to several people and will continue to do so as I don't think they would be disappointed. If we were to return we would like to rent this home again. Great experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Dear Anne and Andy, We had a wonderful time in your house!!! The kids enjoyed the pool very much! Our daughter Lea especially loved to sleep in the bed with the Nemo characters :-) Everything in your house was in very good order. We had everything we needed! My family rented this home over the Christmas holidays in 2009. The home is well represented online-the pictures are very accurate, as well as the descriptions of the home. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Towels were plentiful, kitchen is very well stocked with necessities, and the location is good. Close to the mentioned nearby stores, restaurants, gas stations. Nice neighborhood to take a walk in. Owners are friendly, professional and easy to work with. It is a pet friendly property and we were pleased to find no smells lingering from possible other guests with pets in tow. I can highly recommend the rental home for your vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our second time renting this house. Each time we rented we found it to be clean and everything in working order. It is located very close to the theme parks. The convenience of our own private pool and garage could not be overstated.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned form our trip to Florida and the house worked out GREAT. It was a pleasure working with the owners. Plenty of room for (4) Adults & (2) Kids. For an older house it was in good shape. The only minor issue we has was the pool was a bit dirty. Because of the trees around the property some dirt had settled in the bottom. The maintenance folks were contacted and came out the next day to clean it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
