Casa de la Rosa at Marina Sol is the perfect home for a family vacation with all the tropical surroundings of an upscale resort.
The entire condo was recently converted to a vacation rental (Dec. 08) so it has been completely repainted and refurnished with everything from brand-new appliances and kitchen supplies to bedsets, linens, and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with an attached private full bath and the guest bedroom includes two twin beds and is perfect for the kids with their own full bath. There is also a queen aero-bed available for additional guests. All rooms throughout the condo have ceiling fans and there is air conditioning for those warmer months of the year. The kitchen is fully stocked for a true cook and includes brand-new pots & pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender, microwave, etc. so dining at home is also a great option.
You couldn't ask for a more convenient location as we are one block to the famous Mendano Beach (safe swimming) where you will find, restaurants, water activities, and our world famous Arch where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Cabo is known also for its world class marlin fishing and we are just one block to the harbor, while downtown is just 1 1/2 blocks to a new shopping mall and the exciting nightlife! You can walk everywhere- no need to drive or rent a taxi!
The lanai overlooks Cabo’s largest heated swimming pool with a convenient swim-up bar at the poolside Oasis Bar & Grill. Unwind by the pool with a cold drink in your hand while you enjoy the swaying palm trees and beautifully landscaped courtyard with manicured lawns and lush vegetation. There is also a Beauty Salon and Day Spa (where you can get a great massage!), Mini Market with an Internet Café (as well as wifi available throughout the resort), Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service, and a Clubhouse for the kids with TV, pool table, etc. There is also a concierge available to book those fishing trips, para sailing, jet skis, ATV trips, sunset cruises, dinner reservations, you name it!
