Our condo has spectacular views of the crystal clear Caribbean and of the Nichupte Lagoon. You are an elevator ride away from the gorgeous pool and beach areas.
The condo has three spacious bedrooms with king, and queen sized beds, each with its own bath and closet. Every bedroom has a view and two of them have private balconies. The living areas are very large and great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the beautiful dining area that seats 8, with an adjacent bar. The living area is comfortable and connects to the terrace with its private jacuzzi. There are two televisions and a stereo. The decor is contemporary.

It is 45 minutes from Playa del Carmen, 20 minutes from the airport. Across the street you can access fishing boats, water ski, scuba diving boats.
