You can walk to all the shops in Siesta Village and choose to take your meals inside in the dining room, outside on a balcony, or at any of the restaurants in the Village. This is a well-arranged condo with complete privacy for each bedroom/bath, which is separated from the other by the kitchen, dining room, and living room. One bedroom has a new queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds, all with new linens and pillows, furnished in Florida style.
Your center kitchen has a new dishwasher, new disposal, and new toaster oven besides a full stove, microwave, and ice-maker refrigerator. The dining room with rattan furniture and large living room are all open to the balconies, as are the bedrooms.
A very special feature of this unit is the Art Gallery, approximately 60 original oil paintings (mostly restful landscapes, nothing garish) which are located throughout the unit to give you the feeling of living in an artist's residence. If you fall in love with any of the paintings, they may be purchased and taken home.
Overall, this beach hideaway has your beautiful and private interior, yet is close to every amenity in the Village and the neighborhood and the beach life, as well as being within sight of the vibrant city of Sarasota across the bridge. Day or night, the view is truly out of this world.
