This 2 BR 2 BA SeaSide Villa is located on the second floor with gorgeous ocean view (actually a third floor view since there is a ground level below the first level). Only steps away from the beach and within walking distance of some of the best dining and shopping Hilton Head has to offer - Coligny Plaza! SeaSide Villas are located in a gated community with two pools onsite, covered parking, and private balconies.
Convenient to the elevator, this villa features a Queen bed, two twins, and a pull-out sofa in the living area to accommodate up to 6 people. The bedrooms have locking doors to provide complete privacy; the second bedroom has cable TV and its own bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room features cable TV/DVD and CD/stero. This villa is designed and furnished with the weekly vacationer in mind. It has an updated fully equipped kitchen including stove with oven, full-size dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. This unit also overlooks the swimming pool.
Highly sought after, the Forest Beach area offers perhaps the best of everything to include the glorious natural beauty of the beach as well as convenient shopping, beautiful homes in quiet residential areas and various villas on and off the ocean. Forest Beach starts where the Sea Pines Plantation ends in the south and extends all the way up to the north, ending at the beginning of the Shipyard Plantation.
One of the most exciting dimensions, after the 12-mile beach, is Coligny Plaza with its many shops and restaurants. This plaza, Hilton Head's first shopping center, has over 50 interesting retail and dining adventures. Once you've settled in, a short walk or a quick drive to Coligny is as far as you need to go. Here you will find among many establishments, the Piggly Wiggly supermarket, Java Joe's Coffee House, Skillets, Steamers, Coligny Bakery, Frosty Frog Café and Bar, The Earl of a Sandwich, The Art Café, The Coligny Kite shop and the Sunglass Warehouse and much more.
Across the street, access the over 50-mile paved bike/walk/roller blade path that meanders across the island and into a wildlife preserve. It also proveds easy access to the lighthouse, shops and restaurants of SeaPines Plantation. Bicycle rentals are moderately priced and delivered practically to your door!

The only other direct access to the beach on Forest Beach Rd open for public access is the public beach at Coligny Beach next to the Holiday Inn, so you have to pay to park and ferry your beach things across the street to reach the beach. There is a public restroom at the public beach and at Coligny Plaza

Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
There are only a handful of 2 bedroom units at SeaSide Villas and we feel very lucky to have found this one several years ago. There is little access to HHI beaches so having our building right on the beach and being able to see it from the couch is wonderful.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We have enjoyed the unique features of this unusual beach - riding bicycles, jogging, swimming and having picnics. Whether we are watching dolphins off shore or browsing the local (not mall type) shops, there is always plenty to do and see or just relax.
Yes, SeaSide Villas Resort is on the beach. From here you may walk, jog, bicycle along 12 miles of unobstructed hard packed sand. Watch the dolphins play!

Hi there! My husband and I are retired US Army officers now living in my hometown of Louisville, KY. We find Hilton Head Island a great respite from reality - it's so clean and landscaped and there's so much to do.
