Bali Hawaii Home is a destination in itself. We built Bali-Hawaii Home with luxury in mind. This is a newly well built home with the best materials.The spacious home with high ceilings was built with inspiration from the modern indoor/outdoor architecture of Bali. Many of our guests are happy to hang out all day in the home: it is much more than a hotel room or a guest suite, this is a fully functioning home with everything you want to be really comfortable.
The Bedroom is huge (450 sq feet) with a sitting area and private lanai, walk-in "California" closet and beautiful bathroom with deep soaking tub, and double headed shower. The Bed is a California King which has been turned sideways on a custom made bed so it is extra wide The mattress is a Deluxe Tempurpedic. You can see the Koolau mountains outside the windows. The bedroom Lanai is surrounded by a canopy of trees which make you feel like you are in a tree house.
Downstairs is the main room which is also very large and can open up entirely to the outside. A huge Bali style daybed is built into the corner and can easily sleep 4-6 kids or 2 Adults. Travertine floors and marble counter tops create a very cool, upscale interior. A 1/2 bath downstairs opens to the outside for access from pool or beach.
The kitchen is deluxe with huge farmer sink, disposal, stainless dish washer, stainless large refrigerator with ice maker and chilled water and gas stove top. Microwave/convection oven. You can cook meals and entertain in this Kitchen.
The Bali-Hawaii Home is on the back of the property. There is another single story house which faces the street which does not share anything with the Bali Hawaii Home. Bali-Hawaii Home has private use of the pool and yard and has a private entrance. We created Bali Hawaii Home with the best of everything, this is a great value.
The free form pool is a deep dipping pool. THRERE IS NO SHALLOW END. It is 6-9 ft deep and surrounded by lush landscaping and a Bali-style Gazebo.
Bali-Hawaii Home is walking distance to the town center, restaurants, beach, recreation center, shopping and more.
1-$50 giftcard to Kailua restaurant (Lucy's Grill and Bar) included in week booking.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$2,100/week for 2 guests Low Season; $2450/week for 2 guests peak season.
Additional guests are $50/each a night. Children under 13 are $50/night.
First child is free. Peak Season is May 15th to Sept. 15th and Dec 1st to Jan 31
Monthly rates are available. Min stay is 6 nights unless between bookings
$100 cleaning fee. 20% down payment to secure dates.
$50 gift card to Lucy's Grill included.
Remainder of balance due on arrival by cashiers check or cash.
Paypal accepted if required, but additional fees apply.(2.5%)
