Our family thoroughly enjoyed this very comfortable home. It is the best equipped home we have ever rented. The location is great with easy beach access. The landscaping is beautiful. We spent Christmas with 14 family members on the porch and were very comfortable. Nice mattresses, great showers, and soft linens... what more could you need?

This was our first time staying at a rental home but it was amazing how it never felt like we were renting. This home has an amazing warm charm that makes you feel at home from the moment you get there. The spacious rooms, remote lights and fans, and private access gives a luxurious feel to the home. The many provisions with cookware, dinnerware and beach accessories give a helping hand throughout your plans. We even entertained guests with the roomy front porch that stretches accross the front of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. The renter was zealous with welcoming enthusiasm in hopes to make our stay as pleasant as possible He made himself readily available for anything we needed or questions we had. We would use this renter again if we were to make a travel to this area again.

During the family trip, the renter made many meaningful efforts to ensure our stay was as comfortable and pleasing as possible. When we arrived we noticed some touches specific to our home area were also placed in the house. The home proved to be a warming spacious place for all of my family and company that attended the home. The remote lights and fans added a luxury as well as the outdoor wash area to use when returning from the beach. Overall the home was well decorated with plenty of provisions for cooking, eating, and beach needs. If we ever take a trip to this area of Florida again we will be sure to try to use this renter again.

This year is our third stay at the property. Every year we stay longer. We love it! The house has a certain charm, a little retro to the 70's, but you get such a welcoming feeling when you walk in the door. The inside as well as the outside are immaculate ! The kitchen is well equipped, the linens are more than adequate. We have entertained family and friends here and they all love it as well. Our favorite part of the house is the porch. It is like a tree house with a great view through the oaks that also provide privacy for you and your guests. The neighborhood is great and the beach is so close. We just love the area. There are many fantastic restaurants, shops, walking/biking trails as well as malls and the Vero Outlets nearby. There is always something going on in Vero Beach from art shows, antique shows and theater productions. The McKee Botanical Gardens and the Pelican Island Preserve are worth a visit for those interested in nature.The Disney parks are about 90 minutes away. The landlord could not be more accomodating ! He lives a few minutes away and is right there if you need him . We would definitely recommend this property . We intend to return for many years to come!

This home was great!! There was plenty of room, all the details were covered, from beach towels and beach chairs to dishes and soap. The owner was very courteous and helpful. Vero beach is a great place to visit. There is a lot to do to without the usual tourist traps. There is a national park just a few miles down the road that offers a great fishing.
