The Butternut Cottage is a charming 2-bedroom, 1 bath home located in northern Door's most picturesque village. We are located right next to Peninsula State Park with 3,776 gorgeous acres, 8 miles of scenic shoreline on the waters of Green Bay, beaches, boat and bicycle rentals, a summer theatre and an 18-hole golf course. You can walk right out the door of the Butternut Cottage and into this beautiful state park.
The Butternut Cottage was recently renovated, is nicely decorated and very well equipped. You will enjoy looking at the beautiful perennial flower gardens from the covered porch. We've thought of everything to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable.
The location is in a beautiful 6+ acre park-like setting. There's lawn furniture and picnic tables to enjoy the outdoors. The Butternut Cottage is part of the Park Place Cottages in Ephraim. There are five housekeeping cottages on the property - three 2-bedroom units and two 1-bedroom units offering a total of 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms at the resort.
Ephraim has been voted the #1 small town in the Midwest by Midwest Living magazine. We are in a great location - central to all that the Door County peninsula has to offer.

2 Bedroom .. $125-$165/night depending on month & # of guests
A 5.5% sales and and 5.5% room tax will be added to all rates
Rates are always based on the number of guests, there is an extra
charge for additional guests.
A $300 deposit is required for a weekly visit. A one night deposit
is required for shorter stays. See website for cancellation policy.
