Downtown, spacious, and elegant, this luxury vacation home occupies 3,000 square feet on four floors which was custom built in 1999 with all modern living conveniences in mind. With private entrance, two bedrooms each with en-suite bath, and generous living spaces, this home is wonderful for entertaining.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with top-of-the-line mattress and bedding, telephone, cable TV with DVD, and luxury en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a daybed with pop-up trundle which allows for a versatile two twin bed arrangement or a queen size bed & en-suite bathroom.
Common areas feature a 60 foot long living room/dining room with sumptuous furniture great for entertaining. Rounding out the common areas are a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a complete line of professional cookware and service for twelve, penthouse deck off of the family room with city skyline views, a study with executive desk, and laundry with washer and dryer, ironing table and iron on the bedroom level.
Rates include 24-hour breakfast, beverages and snacks from our well-stocked kitchen, local telephone calls and free parking with a two car garage and on street parking. Free high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is accessible at all points in the house.
Located on Chicago's West Loop, the house is approximately two miles south west of North Michigan Avenue (the Magnificent Mile), one mile west of the central business district (the Loop), and two miles north west of McCormick Place.
Restaurants, live music and sporting venues, theaters, museums, art galleries, shopping, numerous universities, parks, zoo and beach are all quickly accessible by foot, public transportation, cab or car.

The house's size was wonderful and the fact that the furniture/beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked was a plus. The park just down the street from you was wonderful for the boys and we like the little diner on the corner for lunch.

Just wanted to touch base and thank you again for the opportunity of staying at your friend's home in Chicago over the weekend. Your home is beautiful, well-maintained, and I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives! I took my daughters and two of their friends for a "Sleepover in the City" and we had so much fun. As soon as we arrived, the girls ran around looking at each of the rooms and immediately decided which one they would sleep in. We baked pizzas in the oven and sat around the large dining room table talking about the plans for the night. The girls loved the bit of privacy the 4th floor den provides as they were able to have their "own place" to watch movies and talk about things 12 year old girls like to talk about. In fact, even though it was colder outside, they sat on the balcony enjoying the skyline view and thought that they were so grown up. We took your advice and took the Grand Ave. bus downtown and went to Luxe for brunch. Thanks for your hospitality!
