Villas Kiin , have 4,3,2br and studios surrounded by large trees and gardens. There is a pool and a cenote with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are located ten minutes away walking from the town and 45 meters away from the beach, walk to everything!!!
There are two or four bedroom villas. Both with fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces. The two has 125 sqm and the four bedroom has 215 sqm.
We also have 3 studios available! With an ample terrace, a kitchenette, a table and a hammock.

My husband and I rented one of the villas and his parents rented another in the same complex. We stayed from April 13 to 27, 2010. We loved the privacy and the location was a perfect distance to 5th avenue and was close to all the amenties that we required. We found the villas very comfortable and the property manager to be very helpful. The pool area need a little attention at times but overall we found it very pleasant and relaxing. We would recommend this property and would definetly rent it again. This was one of the best vactions we've ever had and look forward to returning.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
