Villas Xaguar is a group of five Mediterranean-style villas surrounded by large trees and gardens. There is a pool and a cenote with a deck in the middle of them. The villas are located ten minutes away walking from the town and 45 meters away from the beach, walk to everything!!!
There are two or four bedroom villas. Both with fully-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and terraces. The two has 125 sqm and the four bedroom has 215 sqm.
We also have 3 studios available! With an ample terrace, a kitchenette, a table and a hammock.
WE ARE AVAILABLE ALSO FOR WEDDINGS AND CELEBRATIONS IN OUR CENOTE POOL DECK. IT ACCOMMODATES UP TO 50 PEOPLE.
