Beautiful four bedroom, two bath, Cape Cod style house with renovated kitchen. This is a slice of Heaven...Once you are here you will not want to leave.
The first floor: Living room, dining, newly renovated fully equipped kitchen, one full bath, two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with bunk beds and a trundle bed. The second floor: one full bath, two bedrooms, one with a queens size bed and the other with twin beds. Finished basement. Washer and Dryer. Two refrigerators/ freezers. Three TV's.; one in living room, downstairs finished family/playroom and master bedroom. 2 DVD/VCR's, Cable, stereo. Beautiful views of water. Short walk to private association beach. There is an outdoor shed for storage of your bikes or what ever outdoor toys you arrive with.
Fantastic laid back neighborhood with two porches for views of the water and to watch passers by. Great neighborhood for children. Cozy neighborhood in Bel Mar. Great for biking, walking/running. Private beach access to Acapesket Association beach.
Great neighborhood. Quaint backyard, front and back porches with views of the water. Although we provide access to a private association beach, we are conveniently located a short distance to Manahaunt Beach, Falmouth
Heights Beach, and Bristol Beach. Not a far drive to any of the other great Falmouth Beaches. Rentals for bikes, Jet ski's, Windsurfers, Parasailing rides are available in the area. Boat and charters for deep sea fishing, touring, or just partying are available in Falmouth Harbor. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is a 5 minute drive away. Public golf courses, indoor and outdoor tennis, bowling, go carts, Ryan's Amusements, and plenty of health clubs are in the area.
Downtown Falmouth offers great shopping, a day spa, and wonderful restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Woodshole is only a short car ride away with water front dining at several restaurants. Woods Hole has a hands on aquarium, lots of fun for children and adults, and is home of the renowned Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. Although Falmouth has lots of great shopping, so too does Mashpee Commons about a 15 minute drive. The Commons has a movie theatre and an outdoor mall with many namely stores as well as boutiques.
