It has a nice floor plan and large bedrooms. You will find this nicely decorated and well equipped home a joy to visit. We have thought of everything to make the Cape House your home away from home.
Fish Creek is centrally located on the peninsula and this location can't be beat. It is in a nice residential neighborhood with a big one acre yard and a nice deck. Play horseshoes and bocci ball in the yard and relax by the bonfire in the evening.
The location is convenient to all that Fish Creek has to offer. You can walk to Peninsula State Park with 3,776 gorgeous acres and 8 miles of shoreline. The nearby YMCA welcomes visitors, and there are many unique shops, galleries and restaurants in the area.

Plus a 11% Tax (5.5% sales tax, 5.5% room tax)
A $500 deposit is required for weekly stays, and a one nights
deposit for shorter stays. Deposits for reservations cancelled
within 30 days will be refunded only if the house is re-rented, less
a $25 cancellation fee.
