In summer, marvel at the profusion of wildflowers growing on the slopes and in the fall be dazzled by the reds and golds of the aspen trees unrivalled anywhere else in the US. This is truly a year-round paradise for snow lovers, hikers, bikers, fishermen, golfers and outdoor enthusiasts of all types to enjoy.

Conveniences: Our condo is conveniently located right on the free shuttle bus route. No car needed here! Walk a dozen steps from the front door, hop on the shuttle and in just minutes you will be at the lifts. The free shuttle runs every few minutes and also connects to the free town bus which takes you back and forth from the historic town of Crested Butte and the ski village of Mt. Crested Butte. The two are only minutes apart. Both areas have gourmet restaurants, bars with live music and an abundance of quaint shops. Securely store your skis, bikes or hiking gear in the attached garage. After an exhilirating day outdoors, luxuriate in the hot tub just a few steps away, while taking in views of the Milky Way and innumerable stars above.
Comfort and Amenities: We have made sure that our condo has all the luxuries of home so that once you stay with us we hope you will want to return again and again to this magical place. We love to cook and our kitchen is large and richly appointed with slab granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tiled floors and a family sized dining table which seats eight. The living room has a large window which looks right onto the ski area and Mt. Crested Butte, a wood burning fireplace, rustic furnishings, TV, DVD & CD players, a collection of board games that all ages can enjoy and WiFi access. The large, bright master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, log-framed bed, a picture window and a private deck. The two guest bedrooms have two twin beds each, and each room has plenty of closet and dresser space. The 2 1/2 bathrooms are also newly remodeled. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room in the private attached garage. For your convenience this condo can be rented as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom property. Use it for a couple's romantic getaway and the two additional bedrooms will be discreetly locked off.

Not to be missed are the Fourth of July Parade, Wildflower Week, Arts Fest, Music Festival, Wine and Food Festival, the wacky Fall Festival known as "Vinatok," the famous Fat Tire Bike Week, as well as the Alpenglow Concert Series, Film festival, golf tournament and more. And these are only the summer & fall events! There are many other events during the winter season as well, including end of the ski season "Flaushink," the zany spring celebration to purge Old Man Winter away.
