Terraza Choi, 10 minutes by Tuk Tuk from Panajachel, is a lovely home perched 40 meters above the lakefront of Lake Atitlan. Spacious and open, fireplace in the living room, with a large front terrace and views of the volcanoes.
Three bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two with queens, two baths (the upstairs bedrooms share a bath) with a cushioned private sun terrace with shade umbrella for the upstairs bedrooms and both bedrooms have fireplaces. The main floor bedroom has a private bath.
Main terrace with hammock, sound system and fridge for beverages. The terrace is well appointed and comfortable. Bar-b-cue on the main terrace as well as on the beachfront. Boathouse with three Ocean Kayaks; two singles and one double.
Manicured terraced gardens leading down from the house to the beachfront, with a waterfront pavilion. Pathway lighting is provided for night-time access to the beachfront.
Terraza Choi is operated as a guesthouse/B&B most of the year and the house is staffed with a maid and gardener.
Terraza Choi is not suitable for young children.
