Unique Oceanfront Villa available in with two or three bedrooms. Layout allows a family to occupy the upstairs 2BR/2BA with grandparents or extended family downstairs in the 1BR/BA.
Upstairs is an elegantly furnished, two bedroom, two bath home with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Master has king-size bed and view of the ocean. Second bedroom has two twin trundle beds (sleeps four). Each bedroom has its own private bath. Spacious deck for eating and sunbathing.
The one-bedroom unit has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Queen bed sleeper sofa sleeps four. Full ocean view and a few steps from the sandy beach.
Washer/dryer available to both units. Single-car garage for storage including chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available for renters use.
Units can be rented separately or combined as one large unit.
Beautiful wide beach closed to driving and five miles north of the National Canaveral Seashore Park. This villa is part of a group of ten villas that share a tennis court and pool. Quiet, private, and secluded.

I would highly recommend this condo! My family and I have been renting from Tom and Deborah for the past 4 or 5 years. The Cook's are great people, who take care of you like old friends. The condo itsefl is beautifully deocorated, well-kept, and nothing can beat the views! And the condo has all the amenities you need. The beach is outside your back door and the pool is outside your front door! (This is so great if you have kids.) We love our spot in NSB........Thanks Tom and Deborah for always taking care of us!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My husband and I and our three kids have rented this condo about 6-8 times. It is our favorite condo at NSB and we've rented a lot of condos! My husband likes it because of the beautiful ocean view. I love it because of the proximity to the beach and the pool. Not a lot of lugging beach stuff around. The condo is beautifully decorated and kept up nicely. And, it doesn't hurt that the owners are great to work with. I'd highly recommend this condo to anyone. We try and book it every year so we don't miss out. Our kids have even started to refer to it lovingly as "our condo" we go there so much. I wish!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Since 2001 we visiting New Smyrna Beach every year, but we never had such a great stay like in this amazing location . Woke up with the sun and went to bed with the sound of the waves. The pictures of this page can´t show you the real what you will find. My family and me a very happy to come back to you this year ! Greatings from Germany Fam. This was my first experience with VRBO and Tom. He was very easy to work with and was always easy to contact. We were hoping for the best and we were not disappointed! The Villa and entire complex was in excellent shape and we felt just like we were "at home away from home" We quickly learned that Tom had even left and excellent list of recommended restaurants, grocery stores, etc... We only had great experiences at each one. Everyone was entertained by the toys in the garage, games in the living room, and the fantastic breeze on the porch as we watched the sun come up in the morning. Nothing bad to report - the master bed was even better than my own!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Dunes:
When we were younger, my wifes parents had a unit at Sea Dunes. We always said that if we could ever afford a second home, we would come back to Sea Dunes. In 1998 we were fortunate to purchase our home.
