This luxurious 3 bedroom 2-bath condominium is located on the main channel in one of the most exclusive areas on Lake Hamilton. This unit is professionally decorated and offers the finest accommodations and amenities. The view is gorgeous and relaxing but also places you “front and center” to observe all the boating and non-stop activities that are a constant reminder of the fun and continuous action that occurs night and day on Lake Hamilton.
The main living area has a 42” HDTV flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, and French doors that open to the balcony. The kitchen has solid surface counter tops and is equipped with all appliances. This unit has WIFI for those of you who must bring your laptop to keep up with the world while you are away.
The master suite has a king size bed, large private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower for your relaxation. A private balcony off the master suite is a great place to watch the sunrise and set. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom has a large shower with extra vanity space. All bedrooms have HDTV flat screen televisions.

We wanted a place right in the center of activity. Located on a peninsula between the two bridges, Stoneridge is so convienent to everything and has the most spectacular view of all the action including fireworks for all occasions on Lake Hamilton
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Stoneridge has a magnificant elevated pool area tht includes a gazebo and hot tub overlooking the lake. A wonderful clubhouse--great for cooking out and entertaining and even lighted tennis courts are amenities that make Stoneridge special.

The property location is lovely and condo interior well-appointed and decorated, spacious and very clean and very true to the depiction in the listing. There's plenty of room for a family to 'spread-out'. The multiple balconies and large windows provide a wonderful view. The location is convenient to many restaurants and to the downtown area. The only 'downside' to anticipate are two flights of stairs to get down to the condo location. I would highly recommend it for a family get-together or a girls or guys weekend. P.S. Be sure to try Fisherman's Wharf restaurant just over the bridge on the other side of the lake. Great lakeside atmosphere and yummy food! We really enjoyed it.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo was great!! Beautifully decorated, clean and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Pool was nice and the views were beautiful from this unit. Owner more than accomodating. Great local restaurants nearby and lake access from the property. Would recommend this condo to family and friends and plan on staying there again in the future.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
