This no bank waterfront property faces East with a 180* unobstructed view of Puget Sound from Mt. Baker in the North to Mt. Ranier in the South. Come and enjoy many beautiful sunrises and moon rises as well as summer and winter storms and endless boat traffic. Just sit and enjoy the view and listen to the waves.

The neighborhood is a gated community with a wildlife pond on the west side of the drive and more wildlife on the beach side. Herons, eagles, kingfishers and waterfowl are frequent visitors to the shoreline. Also sea lions and otters. The beach offers long walks, hours of beach combing, clam digging and fishing for sea run cutthroat and Salmon. This no bank beach makes it very handy to launch a small boat that can be carried from the driveway such as a kayak, dingy, row boat or raft.

This home on the Kitsap Peninsula is close (10 min) to Kingston Village and the Edmonds/Kingston Ferry. The Seattle area is an hour + away by car and ferry. Sightseeing on the Olympic Peninsula is a short drive. Victoria BC and Vancouver Island are only 2 hours by car and ferry.

A roundtrip car/driver ferry ticket will be included with a reservation, for Edmonds/Kingston or Seattle/Bainbridge ferry.
