WELCOME TO TROPICAL PARADISE in this inviting 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo on the 8th floor of beautiful SURFSIDE RESORT. It can be rented as a 3BR, 2BR, or 1BR hotel suite.
This condo has been tastefully remodeled and features porcelain tile flooring and a tropical safari motif. All rooms have balcony access due to the unique floor plan of this spacious 1600 square foot unit.
THE 2BR LAYOUT features a comfortable living room with a couch that opens into a queen-size bed. Stereo, CD Player, TV, DVD/VCR are also provided for entertainment. The dining room has mirrored walls and seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen has new appliances and everything you will need for cooking and/or entertaining.
The huge master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk-in lighted closet, dressing area, vanity table, and large master bath. It even has a stationary exercise bicycle for your personal use. A washer/dryer unit is located in the master bath.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and bathroom across the hall with tub/shower combo. It also has a TV and DVD player.
The third bedroom is designed like a HOTEL SUITE and has its OWN ENTRANCE. It can be locked out from the rest of the condo and can be rented out as a separate unit. It features 2 queen size beds, bathroom with tub/shower combination, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. The compact living area opens up to a private balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean.
Surfside's lobby and hallways have recently been remodeled with beautiful new flooring and decor. Pool area features a large heated pool and deck area, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, TIKI HUT food and beverage service and a pool house with showers and sauna. Crossover the skybridge/catwalk to the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Tennis under the lights, or basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard are all available above the COVERED parking garage. Golf next door at Seascape.
