  After a most tranquil and relaxing month last April, we are looking forward to another wonderful stay this year. The accommodations are “top shelf” across the board, immaculately clean, well appointed, spacious and quiet. The added bonus of having the patio overlook the golf course has to be experienced. An afternoon spent in the shade of the tall Georgia pines that line the adjoining fairway, sipping a cool beverage and whiling away the day is rejuvenating both mentally and physically. The owners are gracious and welcoming and genuinely concerned that our vacation in North Myrtle Beach was memorable. I can’t say enough good things about our stay, only that we are counting the days until our return visit. Thanks

  Our month long stay in this accommodation was perfect (except for early Fall weather). The condo was very clean and well maintained with more than enough dishes and cook ware for the 4 of us. We really appreciated the wireless internet, the large tv and great channel selections and the BBQ. The location of Fairway Oaks was perfect for us - close to our favorite source of fresh steamed shrimp (Boulineau's) and close to the beach for walking. The condo was definitely as advertised and Bernie was a great host. We look forward to returning next year.

  One week stay. Condo has a great kitchen, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The internet and TV systems were excellent. Bernie provided golf course suggestions to us prior to our stay which was most helpful. Very quiet area and a most relaxing stay. We found the North Myrtle Beach area very appealing as it had much less traffic and congestion than Myrtle Beach.

  2 week stay at well maintained Condo. Clean, spacious, could"nt think of anything we needed that was'nt there. Owner was informative, personable,terrific sense of humor for a Canadian. Everything was up to spec,what did'nt work was soon taken care of by Bernie or the president of IT. Great experience,wonderful owner.

  We've stayed at several condo's at the Grand Strand over the years, and this was one of the best places we've stayed. Very convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything else you would want to do at the beach. We really enjoyed spending some family time just hanging out at this great condo, (really loved the TV with surround sound in the living room!) We will definitely be back soon!

  This condo is located at the back facing the golf course. Super quiet and relaxing. The owner makes a real effort to insure you have everything you need and he makes himself available for questions or advice. Spacious and comfortable, close to everything but not in the middle of the fray. We found North Myrtle Beach to be a better beach than Myrtle Beach. Close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Our favourite attraction was the Alligator Adventure. Favourite restaurant, Molly Darcy's on the patio. Great time! A pleasure dealing with a fellow Canadian. Exactly as pictured. Thanks Bernie.

  The unit was very nice. We enjoyed our long weekend!! We especially enjoyed watching the golfers from the patio... great view!! The owner was quick to communicate with us before we booked the unit and was equally great after the booking... a 5 star owner for sure! Unit was clean and photos accurately reflect unit. Pool was very large and hot tub was great!

  We really enjoyed our stay in this Unit. Would of stayed longer if it would have been available. The owner is really nice and was very helpful. The Unit is right on the golf course, with a nice view. It was very clean and the whole Unit is bright. We were 5 adults and two children and there was enough space for all of us. The Unit is a walkable distance to the beach and the pool at Fairway Oaks is great. Will definitely go back there!

  the property was clean and well maintained,the owner offer to be helpful but we been vacationing in myrtle beach for about fourteen years and we know our way around.I have already recommend this property to a friend.

  This condo was perfect for our vacation at Myrtle Beach. My husband, 19 yr. old twins and I were perfectly comfortable here. Very clean and convenient location to restaurants, beach, and only a 2 hr. day trip to Charleston. Pool area and surroundings were well kept. Glad we found this place instead of a cramped hotel room. The owner was very pleasant, accomodating, and was able to reached if needed at any time. Would highly recommend this condo and Fairway Oaks.
