Our villa is in a premium location in the beautiful SunBird Golf Resort. It backs up to the tennis courts which are located right across from the main club house. SunBird is a 1600 home master planned, age restricted, gated community with several recreational facilities for active adults.
The main recreation center is 43,000 sq' and loaded with amenities. Including restaurant, heated swimming pool, 4 tennis courts & shuffleboard courts. SunBird has a 18-hole par 66 Executive Golf Course.

We chose to buy our vacation villa in SunBird Golf resort because of all that they have to offer! This is a Great gated community, for Active Adult Living. The people are friendly and the HOA staff are great. The resort is located in the city of Chandler. It is a great place to stay and play in the Valley of the Sun.

My wife and I were High school sweethearts. We both grew up in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Arizona nearly twenty years ago. We have two sons and four grandchildren. The Lord has truly blessed us as we have given Him our Time, Treasure, and Talents. We have been able to see the world through Mission trips, helping hurting people right where they live.

really enjoyed my 4 weeks. It was great having all the amenities compared to motels. Scott was very helpful when needed. the web site description & photos were very useful & infact the property was better than the photos suggested. I am a keen bridge player & there are several good clubs in the area. also I can recommend the Boyce Thompson state park for bird watching. overall this is a great place for 1 or 2 people

Our stay for the month of February at your Sunbird Villa was absolutely delightful! Your Villa is just charming and full of everything needed to be comforatable. The location is perfect for watching tennis and pickle ball from the patio and close to the clubhouse as well! We feel so at home and welcome in your community and hope to return again! Dear Scott & Dana, What a wonderful 14 days!! Thank you for sharing your Villa with us. It was perfect! We arrived late Tuesday night after a long flight from the UK for Kevin and what a wonderful surprise to have a bowl of fresh fruit and cold water waiting for us!! We met wonderful people at the pool, Thursday night dinner at the clubhouse was great, early morning walks around the park and looked forward to watching the men play tennis as we enjoyed our coffee on the patio!! My mother stayed in this villa for ten days. It was perfect for her. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. She enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking her coffee in the morning. And I didn't need to worry about her being safe because of the guarded gate. The owners are very friendly and if my mom gets a chance, I know she will want to stay at the villa again. Thank you!
