Our villa is in a premium location in the beautiful SunBird Golf Resort. It backs up to the tennis courts which are located right across from the main club house. SunBird is a 1600 home master planned, age restricted, gated community with several recreational facilities for active adults.

The main recreation center is 43,000 sq' and loaded with amenities. Including restaurant, heated swimming pool, 4 tennis courts & shuffleboard courts. SunBird has a 18-hole par 66 Executive Golf Course.

  • Dear Scott & Dana, What a wonderful 14 days!! Thank you for sharing your Villa with us. It was perfect! We arrived late Tuesday night after a long flight from the UK for Kevin and what a wonderful surprise to have a bowl of fresh fruit and cold water waiting for us!! We met wonderful people at the pool, Thursday night dinner at the clubhouse was great, early morning walks around the park and looked forward to watching the men play tennis as we enjoyed our coffee on the patio!! This was a vacation in paradise!! We will send our out of town family to your Villa!! God Bless You, Cindi & Kevin

  • My mother stayed in this villa for ten days. It was perfect for her. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. She enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking her coffee in the morning. And I didn't need to worry about her being safe because of the guarded gate. The owners are very friendly and if my mom gets a chance, I know she will want to stay at the villa again. Thank you!

  • We very much enjoyed this charming villa. Very clean and cozy. The location, just across from the club house is a high point. Dana and Scott outdid themselves making us comfortable. They are excellent hosts. We will be back.
