The condominium is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom ground floor unit with a screened in covered patio in the back that overlooks the canal and the beautifully maintained landscaping. The decor is open, light and very comfortable. There is a heated community pool adjacent to the building and easy beach access. Private/Pay-for-use tennis courts are on site and public tennis courts are within 2 miles. A multitude of golf courses are in the immediate vicinity along with several state parks. Shopping and dining options are plentiful.
