The first level offers a large living and entertainment area with a stone fireplace, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, built-in cabinetry including a wet bar and ice maker and access to a large deck for outdoor dining. The well equipped kitchen is also located on the first level and includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is ready to meet the needs of you and your guests. The two bedrooms on this level have queen beds and each has deck access to enjoy the ocean view.
The second level includes a bonus room with flat screen TV and DVD, queen sleeper for you extra guests, and a wet bar and mini refrigerator to keep those drinks and snacks close at hand. The laundry room is located on this level with a full size washer and dryer. There are three bedrooms on this level; one with a queen, one with a queen and a full, and the master bedroom with a king and large master bath with whirlpool tub, rain shower and dual vanities. ALL BEDROOMS FEATURE THEIR OWN PRIVATE BATH and have access to decks with canal or ocean views so you can enjoy the Ocean Isle sunsets.
The location of the home allows for a short stroll(one block) to the family oriented beach and those memorable canal and ocean views. There is an outside shower with hot and cold water for your convenience and an elevator is available for a nominal weekly fee.
