Cantilevered into the side of the mountain, over looking Banderas Bay, sits Casa Colena built by renowned architect Wolf, this Spaciously beautiful and Private , 4 bedroom 4.5 baths, which 2 are full suites, with 3 king beds in the house, the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds,
This Mexican style Villa (house) is only one and a half mile from town, shopping, restaurants and wonderful night life also located just walking distance to the Ocean.
Each room has fold away doors which reveal breathtaking Ocean , bay and city views with mountain & ocean breezes . All have beautiful balconies in every room. Ceiling fans in every room all have their own full baths with tub and showers Great room has 30 foot vaulted ceilings with amazing breezes and views. The formal dining area that seats 8 to 10 and the informal dining area seats 6 to 8 both have amazing Ocean views!. There is also seating area's
Off the Great room where you can read ,relax or just reconnect with family and friends.
Pool is above the house for all day sunning ,perfect for developing your tan with expansive views of the ocean and Bay with a small refrigerator to keep drinks cold, you can also relax under a 25 X 25 foot Palapa with a large padded seating areas to lay down and get out of the sun, read a book or enjoy lunch at the table which seats 6-8 people, All pool side, great area for enjoying beautiful sunsets.
This house faces the ocean with beautiful and peaceful views from every room to help you do what you came there to do...relax.
A cook can be hired .
