There are three bedrooms and three and one half baths. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. The third bedroom / den is outfitted with a flatscreen TV, DVD, and surround sound system. The living room has a gas fireplace and a separate sitting area with a built-in seating banquet.
The private backyard has a large wrap around deck, dining table and chairs, and an outdoor gas grill. The deck overlooks the generous size heated pool. There is an outdoor shower AND a pool house with an additional full bath.
This is a perfect house for relaxing and enjoying a well-deserved vacation. Sag Harbor is very close by car to all other Hamptons villages, towns and beaches. The Long Island Railroad services Bridgehampton (5 minutes from Sag Harbor) from NYC. Also the Hampton Jitney bus service makes hourly trips from NYC to Sag Harbor and all other villages in the Hampotons.
