Nestled in the exclusive Silver Lake area of Deer Valley Resort, this spacious ski home offers convenient access to the Silver Dollar run via a private ski elevator located on a heated sidewalk just out the back door. With the ability to sleep 16, this home is an ideal choice for a family ski vacation, while all guests appreciate the beautiful décor, spacious living areas and breathtaking mountain views.
Spread over three levels, this custom home features exquisitely decorated rooms, four stone fireplaces and soaring oak beamed ceilings. The home is approximately 6,000 square feet and is ideal for entertaining. It has a wonderful main living area with lots of seating options, a fabulous gourmet kitchen, a dinner table that seats 10–12, a second family room/bar downstairs, a large outdoor hot tub and beautiful decks and balconies with incredible views.
The MAIN LEVEL has a great room with oak beamed cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, a large stone wood-burning fireplace and lots of seating options including a wonderful wrap-around sofa that comfortably seats 10. The room also has a wine refrigerator and large flat screen TV. The dining area has a large table that seats ten or twelve. Additional seating for 4 is available at the granite bartop adjacent to the dining room. The gourmet kitchen is on this level with custom cabinets, granite counters, a Viking 6 burner stove and a SubZero refrigerator. Also on the main level are three spacious guest suites. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, reading chair and TV:

There is a large wrap-around deck off the front of the home that offers beautiful views, outdoor dining for six and a gas grill. There is also a ski prep/storage area next to the door that leads to your ski elevator.
The entire UPPER LEVEL is a very large and fabulous master sanctuary with a King bed, gas stone fireplace, sitting area with two wonderful wingback chairs and ottomans, a writing desk and large walk-in closet. There is also a deck with stunning views. The master bathroom is pure luxury with a large Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in steam shower, separate his and her vanities and heated stone floors.
The LOWER LEVEL offers you a choice of a 'kids den' or another recreation level for adults with large TV, mini fridge and wet bar, gas fireplace and two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa). Two additional bedrooms each with private bathrooms, chairs and TV’s are also on this level:
Bedroom 5: One Queen Bed and one set of bunk beds (the bathroom for this room can also be accessed from the family room)
Bedroom 6: Two twin beds
When you are not skiing down the magnificent runs of the Deer Valley resort, enjoy the oversized outdoor Jacuzzi on the lower level deck. Also on this level are an oversized laundry room with a large capacity washer and two dryers and a two-car garage with heated driveway.
This ski in/ski out property promises ideal lodging for your mountain getaway. This home has every amenity you could want and is located within minutes of Park City’s historic Main Street with world class dining and shopping. In addition, the home is twenty minutes from the Jordanelle Reservoir, a 3,000 acre fresh water lake with boating, water skiing and fishing. Other exciting outdoor activities such as fly fishing, mountain biking, golf and Olympic Village are located nearby. This is a great winter or summer destination!
This is a wonderful house and Deer Valley is a fantastic place to ski and/or play.

We have been coming to Deer Valley for 8 years and this will be our fourth consecutive year we have stayeds in this lovely, mid-mountain home. The owners have been wonderful to work with--they are available for questions and the home is always clean and well maintained. The description of the home is everything it says it is; the rooms are well appointed, comfortable, and large enough for 13 to have plenty of room. The ski in-ski out requires a short walk and elevator ride, taking you to the slopes in less than five minutes. When we come back from a ski day, we love to relax in the outdoor hot tub and watch the sunset and the Christmas lights begin to appear. This home is perfect for family meals and game nights, with one large open dining/living area for everyone to gather together. If you want a little privacy, there is also another living room on downstairs as well. Whether we eat at the house, at one of the restaurants mid-mountain, or head into Park City to dine, the options are endless. Little luxuries like fireplaces, heated flooring, cozy couches, and comfortable beds make this home our first choice every year. We highly recommend this beautiful home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

In a word....fabulous. This home is spacious.....it allows for a bit of privacy but has great spaces for gathering together as well. Top notch amenities and finishes. And the location is a definite plus. The elevator to the ski run is just out the back door.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

About the owner: My husband and I both work in healthcare (software and medical devices). Our primary residence is in Tampa, but we also have a home in Atlanta. Between us we have four wonderful children (20- 35) and no grandchildren (yet!) Our children attended Pepperdine, Wake Forest, Auburn and Lynchburg College. We have one who is currently in Law school at Stetson. I grew up in Tampa and my husband grew up in Clark,NJ and Brooklyn. We have both lived abroud for an extended period of time (Paris and the Netherlands) and still love to travel.
