Large and spacious, this Belle Arbor home represents the finest that Deer Valley has to offer. Conveniently located just off the Silver Dollar run in the prestigious Silver Lake area of Deer Valley, this home features 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths and one half bath and can accommodate 16 guests. All rooms are complete with linens.
Spread over three levels this custom home offers breathtaking views of the ski runs and mountains and features beautifully decorated rooms, four stone fireplaces, soaring oak beamed ceilings and a private hot tub on the lower deck. The gourmet kitchen provides inspiration for creating the most ingenious culinary delights while the two living rooms and lower level bar make this resort home an ideal space for entertaining.
A major remodel was completed in December 2008. (New paint, new carpet, new bedding, new art work, new furnishings, etc.) The current pictures do not show the new furniture.
The MAIN LEVEL has a great room w/hardwood floors, a stone wood-burning fireplace, wine fridge and a TV/DVD/VCR. The dining area has a large dining table that seats ten or twelve. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, has custom granite counters and seating for four. There are three guest suites, each with private bathrooms, reading chairs and TV’s on this level:
Bedroom 1: King bed, cathedral ceilings, chair and ottoman
Bedroom 2: King bed, double sinks, chair
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, gas fireplace, chaise lounge, deck
There is a large wrap-around deck off the front of the home that offers beautiful views, outdoor dining for six and a gas grill. There is also a ski storage area with a door that leads to your ski elevator which takes you to the Silver Dollar run.
The entire UPPER LEVEL is a very large master suite with a King bed, beautiful gas stone fireplace, sitting area with couch and ottoman, desk w/high speed Internet and a large walk-in closet. There is also a deck with stunning views. The master bathroom is pure luxury with a large Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in steam shower, separate his and her vanities and heated stone floors.
The LOWER LEVEL offers you a choice of a "kids den" or another recreation level for adults with large TV w/Bose surround system and DVD/VCR, mini fridge, sink, gas fireplace and two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa). Two additional bedrooms each with private bathrooms, chairs and TV’s are also on this level:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed and bunk beds (the bathroom for this room can also be accessed from the family room)
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
When you are not skiing down the magnificent runs of the Deer Valley resort, enjoy the oversized outdoor Jacuzzi on the lower level deck. Also on this level are a large laundry room with one washer and two dryers and a two-car garage.
This ski in/ski out property promises ideal lodging for your mountain getaway. This home has every amenity you could want and is located within minutes of Park City’s historic Main Street with world class dining and shopping. In addition, the home is twenty minutes from the Jordanelle Reservoir, a 3,000 acre fresh water lake with boating, water skiing and fishing. Other exciting outdoor activities such as fly fishing, mountain biking, golf and the 2002 Olympic Village are located nearby. This is a great winter or summer destination!
