Kitchen is all equipped for gourmet meals. Only minutes from the beach.
Carolina Yacht Landing has 2 pools (one with a Jacuzzi and an exercise room in the Club house)> Most units are owner occupied which provides a quiet, peaceful environment. Over 100 golf courses near by, 2 outlet malls plus traditional malls. New Bass Pro Shop nearby to meet your fishing and outdoor needs plus great restaurant.
New Hwy 31 by-pass makes easy access to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach proper and the MB airport. Many shows, night spots and fabulous restaurants of all cuisines not to mention great fresh seafood and Southern cuisine.
Like to fish? Do so from the dock at the condo or rent a charter fishing boat nearby. Beachcombers can hunt for shells and kids build sandcastles on Cherry Grove beaches.

We recently moved back to SC with the lure of grandchildren and our beach condo. There is nothing that southes the stresses of the day like sitting on the beach and listening to the waves come in. The beach is like a giant sandbox that lends itself to reading, shelling, building sand castles and playing beach games. Our family comes from several states to gather for fun and enjoyment of what the area has to offer. There are always many days of trying out the various golf courses in the area...they haven't played all of the over 100, yet!!

So relaxing. Nice to be off the hustle bustle of Hwy 17. Loved watching the boats going by on the Intercoastal. Rented jet skiis at the end of the street at the swing bridge marina and enjoyed riding on the Intercoastal.
