This is the best house in Ocean Lakes for one or two families. The house features two bedrooms upstairs that each have a queen bed, full bed, vanity (sink/mirror), TV and walk-in closet. They share one bathroom. Downstairs is the master bedroom and guest bedroom and two baths. This house is ideally located on the corner of Neptune Road and Sand Dollar Drive on the south side. It is directly behind Holiday Inn section. It is an easy walk to the beach. The corner lot gives you views from each road and playing area in the yard. (Our children play football and basketball on the Sand Dollar Dr. part.) The traffic is light compared to the front section of the campground.
This is the first time we have listed our house on VRBO. We normally rent to friends and repeat customers.
JUNE - reduce to $1900/week plus the $200 security deposit.
We also have a house beside this. House 1551 is a one story house on stilts with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It would be perfect for another family that is vacationing with you. VRBO #193142. Rents for $1500/week in the summer.
Each room is decorated in beach themes. You will find the house very clean and comfortable.
