Located on the western shore of Honeoye Lake, this year round house sits on a treed lot and is the last house on a private dead end road. The lake side of the house is lined with large picture windows and overlooks 50' of private lakefront which provides for some awesome views.
The lake is renown for its fishing and boasts of one of the largest population of walleye in the country. In addition to walleye, large and small mouth bass and crappie are abundant. The ice fishing on the lake is excellent.
The area is well known for hunting, hiking and skiing. Hunters will find deer, geese, turkey and rabbit in the neighboring hills. Numerous hiking trails can be found in the immediate area. Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hallow Ski Resorts are approximately 15 minutes away. For the wine enthusiasts, there are many wineries close by.
No matter what your season is or what your interests are, this house has all the comfort and amenities of home.
