First payment is due 90 days, the second payment is due 60 days, and the final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival along with a security/damage deposit (refundable per rental contract). Welcome to Bea's Nest! This beautiful home is located on a corner lot with beach access at the the corner of 14th Ave S Ocean Blvd. We take great pride in Bea's Nest and work hard at keeping it meticulously clean (professionally)and maintained; and, hopefully, supplied with everything you need for that perfect vacation. The warm, comfortable decor welcomes you when you enter Bea's Nest either by stairway or elevator.
The white sandy beach is just a minute and 45 second walk (or a 30 second jog). Surfside Beach is a family-oriented beach with lifeguards, a lost child program, and volunteers to keep the beach clean. Bea's Nest is centrally located between Surfside Pier and Garden City Pier. It is only minutes from fabulous restaurants and entertainment at the very popular Murrells Inlet. Stroll the boardwalk, and enjoy some great seafood and beautiful sunsets.
Bea's Nest weekly rentals start at 3pm on a Saturday and check-out the following Saturday no later than 10am. 12% SC taxes are added to the base rent. The contract signer must be 25 years or older and occupy the property during the rental period. Because of the prime location of Bea's Nest, guests can enjoy quiet, relaxing days at the beach or private fenced pool, as well as enjoy the many activities the area has to offer.

Why the Owner Chose Surfside Beach
Bea's Nest location was chosen because of its beautiful white sand beaches in Surfside Beach, and family-friendly environment. Surfside is just minutes south of Myrtle Beach, the airport, and minutes north of Murrells Inlet with its variety of fabulous restaurants. Surfside Beach takes much pride in its city by restoring and maintaining the beach, initiating a lost child system and lifeguards. Just this year, Surfside started putting utilities underground and installing old period style street lamps. 14th Ave was the first street to be completed. The businesses and entertainment from Myrtle Beach to Pawley's Island satisfy almost every person's interests and desires.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Strolling along the Murrells Inlet boardwalk, either before dinner or after, mother nature has surprised us with peacocks, a bald eagle, an abundance of wildlife and romantic sunsets. The best crab cakes we have ever experienced exist right here in a charming restaurant in Garden City. With many unique gift stores and local artists, shopping is an adventure. This area continues to be a destination for vacationers of all ages because of the beautiful beaches and diverse multitude of activities. Just a few of the amenities at Bea's Nest which make your stay more enjoyable are the elevator for loading and unloading groceries, luggage, and packages into the house. There is a cart on wheels to carry all food and drinks on the elevator to poolside or the grill. The new lamp post on our corner lot provides added safety, the convenience of a full bathroom at poolside and picnic table allow for enjoyable time outside. Bea's Nest also has a mailbox for sending postcard to all those not fortunate enough to be with you at Bea's Nest.
