One of the bedrooms is located on the other side of the home and offers a separate entrance for maximum privacy.
Relax and enjoy panoramic ocean and sunset views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen! The living room is has a large flat screen TV, fireplace, and amble seating. The kitchen is well-equipped for all of your cooking needs and the dining room comfortably seats eight people.
The front deck also offers endless ocean views that can be enjoyed while relaxing in the sun, barbecuing on the grill, or working on your golf game on the private putting green. Or head to the secluded and spacious back patio for a peaceful afternoon as you soak in the private six person Jacuzzi hot tub. For maximum convenience, the home is centrally located a quick five minute drive to Torrey Pines golf course and Scripps aquarium as well as a five minute drive to the 5 freeway for easy access to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and Legoland.
